基于通路分析方法詮釋肉雞體重性狀全基因組關(guān)聯(lián)研究

【摘要】:本研究旨在通過(guò)對(duì)體重和日增重進(jìn)行基于通路的關(guān)聯(lián)分析,以期獲得影響體重和日增重的信號(hào)通路。對(duì)北京油雞與科寶肉雞F2資源群體14、28、56、93日齡體重及0~14、14~28、28~56、56~93日齡日增重分別進(jìn)行全基因組關(guān)聯(lián)分析,利用關(guān)聯(lián)分析獲得的顯著性SNP位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行基于通路的關(guān)聯(lián)分析(SNP ratio test)。結(jié)果表明,14日齡體重與類(lèi)固醇激素的生物合成相關(guān)聯(lián)(P0.05),56日齡體重與煙酸/煙酰胺的代謝相關(guān)聯(lián)(P0.05),93日齡體重與糖酵解/糖異生相關(guān)(P0.05),且各日齡體重性狀均與氨基酸的代謝過(guò)程相關(guān)聯(lián)(P0.05)。在增重最快的42~56日齡,與日增重相關(guān)的SNP富集到的通路最多,這些通路主要集中在TCA循環(huán)、類(lèi)固醇合成、類(lèi)固醇激素的生物合成、氧化磷酸化、磷酸肌醇代謝、甘油磷脂代謝等過(guò)程。在肉雞體重迅速增長(zhǎng)階段類(lèi)固醇激素的生物合成起到了重要作用,且氨基酸代謝過(guò)程與日增重顯著相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to obtain signaling pathways that affect body weight and daily gain by analyzing the correlation between body weight and daily gain. The whole genome association analysis was carried out on the F _ 2 resource population of Beijing fowl and Kebao broiler F _ 2 resource population, and the daily gain at day 1414, 1428, 2856, 5693, respectively. The significant SNP loci obtained by association analysis were used to analyze the path-based association analysis of SNPs ratio. The results showed that the body weight at 14 days old was associated with the biosynthesis of steroid hormones, and the body weight at 56 days of age was associated with the metabolism of nicotinic acid / nicotinamide. The metabolic process is associated with P0.05. At the age of 42 ~ 56 days, the highest concentration of SNP related to daily gain was found in the TCA cycle, steroid synthesis, steroid hormone biosynthesis, oxidative phosphorylation, and inositol phosphate metabolism. Glycerol and phospholipid metabolism. The biosynthesis of steroid hormones played an important role in the rapid growth of body weight of broilers, and the amino acid metabolism process was significantly related to daily gain.
