【摘要】：為了提高腸管吻合術(shù)的效果,將淀粉膨化物制成中空、一端封閉、一端開(kāi)放的形狀,將消炎藥和鎮(zhèn)痛藥填塞其中,外面包被上骨蠟,研制出新型可降解的內(nèi)置支持物用于寵物消化系統(tǒng)疾病中的腸管吻合術(shù),選取10只健康本地小型犬進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),以驗(yàn)證和評(píng)價(jià)這種新型內(nèi)置支持物在腸管吻合術(shù)中的應(yīng)用效果。結(jié)果表明:將這種新型可降解內(nèi)置支持物置于吻合部位之后進(jìn)行吻合操作,效果良好,手術(shù)全過(guò)程用時(shí)為(20.25±6.26)min,10例手術(shù)全部成功。說(shuō)明該方法可快速、便捷、順利地完成腸管吻合術(shù)操作。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the effect of intestinal anastomosis, the starch puffing was made into hollow, closed end and open end shape. The antiphlogistic and analgesic drugs were stuffed. The bread was coated with the upper bone wax and a new biodegradable internal support was developed for intestinal anastomosis in the digestive system disease of the pet, and 10 small healthy local dogs were selected. To verify and evaluate the effect of this new type of built-in support in intestinal anastomosis, the results showed that the new degradable built-in support was placed after anastomosis operation, the effect was good, the whole procedure was (20.25 + 6.26) min, and 10 cases were all successful. The method was quick, convenient and smooth. The operation of intestinal anastomosis was completed.
