【摘要】：近年來,隨著科技的進步、國家政策的大力支持,“三農(nóng)”問題越來越受到國人重視,農(nóng)村有了新面貌、農(nóng)業(yè)有了新增長、農(nóng)民有了新氣象。農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟快速增長,其中尤其以畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展為主,畜牧業(yè)中的生豬增長已成為農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展新亮點。進賢縣成為全省生豬養(yǎng)殖大縣,形成了大規(guī)模的養(yǎng)殖區(qū)域和大量的個體專業(yè)養(yǎng)殖戶,然而擺在這些專業(yè)養(yǎng)殖戶面前的一大難題是在提高養(yǎng)豬量的同時,病死生豬的比例也在增加,如何處理好病死生豬進而促進畜牧業(yè)健康發(fā)展已迫在眉睫。本研究以進賢縣的大、中、小型養(yǎng)豬場和個體專業(yè)養(yǎng)殖戶為調(diào)研對象,以他們對病死豬處理的方式為切入點,對比所使用的幾種病死豬處理模式。其中2013年全縣無害化處理6372頭,深埋5789頭,化制283頭,化學(xué)處理300頭;2014年全縣無害化處理6570頭,深埋6050頭,化制415頭,化學(xué)處理105頭;2015年全縣無害化處理4899頭,深埋235頭,化制4423頭,化學(xué)處理211頭;2016年全縣無害化處理6637頭,深埋353頭,化制6072頭,化學(xué)處理202頭。根據(jù)收集到的數(shù)據(jù),本研究采取層次分析法和模糊綜合評價法對典型的四種處理方式進行綜合打分,最終得出綜合評價得分最高的環(huán)保型無害化處理是目前應(yīng)廣為推薦的處理模式。為了推廣環(huán)保型無害化處理方式,本文提出了一系列的保障措施,包括資金投入、政策引導(dǎo)、人才引進、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新等方面。建議政府、金融機構(gòu)、養(yǎng)豬戶和消費者共同努力,使病死豬處理方式在經(jīng)濟效益、社會效益和生態(tài)效益上獲得利益最大化,實現(xiàn)共贏的目的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the progress of science and technology and the support of national policy, the issue of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" has been paid more and more attention to, the countryside has a new face, agriculture has a new growth, and farmers have a new atmosphere. The rapid growth of agricultural economy, especially the development of animal husbandry, the growth of live pigs has become a new bright spot of agricultural development. Jinxian County has become a big county in the province for raising live pigs, forming a large-scale breeding area and a large number of individual specialized farmers. However, a big problem facing these professional farmers is to increase the number of pigs raised at the same time. The proportion of sick and dead pigs is also increasing. It is urgent to deal with the sick pigs and promote the healthy development of animal husbandry. In this study, the large, medium and small pig farms in Jinxian County and individual professional farmers as the research object, their treatment of sick and dead pigs as a breakthrough point, compared the use of several treatment models of sick pigs. Of these, 6372 were harmless, 5789 were deeply buried, 283 were chemical treatment and 300 were chemical treatment throughout the county in 2013; in 2014, there were 6570 harmless treatments, 6050 deeply buried, 415 chemical treatments and 105 chemical treatments in the whole county; in 2015, there were 4899 harmless treatments and 235 deep buried plants in the county. In 2016, 6637 heads of harmless treatment, 353 heads of deep burying, 6072 heads of chemical treatment and 202 heads of chemical treatment were treated in the county. According to the collected data, this study adopts the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to score the typical four processing methods synthetically. Finally, it is concluded that the environmentally friendly treatment with the highest comprehensive evaluation score is a widely recommended treatment model at present. In order to promote the environmentally sound treatment, this paper puts forward a series of safeguard measures, including capital investment, policy guidance, talent introduction, technological innovation and so on. It is suggested that the government, financial institutions, pig farmers and consumers should make joint efforts to maximize the economic, social and ecological benefits of the treatment of sick and dead pigs and achieve the goal of win-win results.
