【摘要】：銅是豬重要的必需微量元素之一。它不僅參與造血功能,而且作為許多重要酶的輔酶因子,參與機(jī)體抗氧化、糖脂代謝調(diào)控、骨骼礦化、黑色素合成、毛發(fā)形成等復(fù)雜的功能,飼糧添加高水平銅的促生長(zhǎng)和免疫功效,在生產(chǎn)中表現(xiàn)出諸多優(yōu)勢(shì)。但生產(chǎn)者往往忽視了它另一面的負(fù)效應(yīng):打亂了豬代謝的平衡而產(chǎn)生中毒癥狀,其一是危害豬本身健康,其二是影響肉品安全,甚至危害食用者的健康,其三是產(chǎn)生了難以治理的高銅排泄等環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Copper is one of the essential trace elements in pigs. It not only participates in hematopoietic function, but also as a coenzyme factor of many important enzymes, participates in the body antioxidation, the sugar and lipid metabolism regulation, the skeleton mineralization, the melanin synthesis, the hair formation and so on complex function. The growth-promoting and immunological effects of high-level copper supplementation in diet showed many advantages in production. But producers often ignore the negative effects on the other side: they disrupt the balance of metabolism in pigs and produce toxic symptoms, one of which is harmful to the pig's own health, the other to the safety of meat, and even to the health of the user. Third, it is difficult to control the high copper excretion and other environmental pollution problems.
