【摘要】：選取18頭(28±2)d日齡的"杜×長×大"三元雜交斷奶仔豬(8.36±0.75)kg,采用完全隨機試驗設(shè)計,將試豬分為3個處理,每個處理6個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)1頭豬,分別飼喂含合成亮氨酸0、0.27%、0.55%的低蛋白(16.90%CP)日糧,研究其對斷奶仔豬采食后4 h內(nèi)血漿游離氨基酸濃度變化的影響。試驗結(jié)果表明,當斷奶仔豬空腹(0 h)和采食后1 h以內(nèi),各組間的氨基酸濃度均無顯著性變化(P0.05)。采食后第2 h,中水平和高水平組纈氨酸的濃度顯著低于對照組(P0.05),高水平組異亮氨酸的濃度極顯著高于對照組和中水平組(P0.01),其余氨基酸濃度無顯著差異(P0.05);采食后第3 h,中水平和高水平組纈氨酸和異亮氨酸的濃度極顯著低于對照組(P0.01),精氨酸和賴氨酸的濃度均顯著低于對照組(P0.05),其余氨基酸濃度無顯著變化(P0.05);采食后第4 h,各組氨基酸濃度均無顯著差異(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:Eighteen 脳 28 鹵2 days old "du 脳 long 脳 big" three-way crossbred weanling piglets were selected, and were randomly divided into 3 treatments with 6 replicates and 1 pig per replica by a complete randomized trial design. The diets containing 0.55% of synthetic leucine 0.27 and 0.55% of low protein were fed to study the effects of the diets on the changes of plasma free amino acids in weaned piglets within 4 hours after feeding. The results showed that there was no significant change in the concentration of amino acids in each group when weaning piglets were fed for 0 h) and within 1 h after feeding. At the 2nd hour after feeding, the concentration of valine in middle and high level groups was significantly lower than that in control group (P 0.05), the concentration of isoleucine in high level group was significantly higher than that in control group and medium level group (P 0.01), and there was no significant difference in other amino acid concentrations between the two groups (P 0.05). At 3 h, the concentrations of valine and isoleucine in the middle and high level groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.01), the concentrations of arginine and lysine were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the other amino acid concentrations had no significant change (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in amino acid concentration (P0.05).
