放牧對沼澤化草甸土壤纖毛蟲群落的影響

【摘要】:通過對甘南瑪曲縣3個不同放牧強(qiáng)度(全年禁牧、季節(jié)性放牧、全年放牧)的沼澤化草甸土壤纖毛蟲群落研究調(diào)查,共鑒定纖毛蟲105種,分別隸屬于8綱、17目、30科、39屬。在3種放牧強(qiáng)度下,季節(jié)性放牧纖毛蟲物種多樣性指數(shù)最高,全年禁牧次之,全年放牧最小;C/P系數(shù)(腎形類纖毛蟲與多膜類纖毛蟲種類數(shù)的比值)排序為季節(jié)性放牧全年禁牧全年放牧;全年禁牧和季節(jié)性放牧土壤纖毛蟲的群落相似性較高,而全年放牧和全年禁牧樣點之間群落差異較大。土壤含水量、有機(jī)質(zhì)與物種數(shù)、密度及多樣性指數(shù)呈極顯著正相關(guān)(P0.01),全磷與密度呈極顯著正相關(guān)(P0.01)且與物種數(shù)和物種多樣性指數(shù)呈顯著正相關(guān)(P0.05)。對土壤纖毛蟲群落組成參數(shù)(物種數(shù)、物種多樣性指數(shù)、密度)與土壤環(huán)境因子(土壤溫度、含水量、pH、有機(jī)質(zhì)、全氮、全磷、速效磷、無機(jī)氮)進(jìn)行冗余分析,結(jié)果表明,土壤含水量、有機(jī)質(zhì)、全氮對纖毛蟲的群落組成影響較大,其中有機(jī)質(zhì)對土壤纖毛蟲群落的影響最大。
[Abstract]:A total of 105 species of ciliates belonging to 8 classes, 17 orders, 30 families and 39 genera were identified by investigation on soil ciliate communities of three marsh meadows in Maqu County, Gannan, with different grazing intensities (annual grazing, seasonal grazing and annual grazing). Under the three grazing intensities, the species diversity index of ciliates in seasonal grazing was the highest, followed by forbidding grazing in the whole year. The lowest C / P coefficient (the ratio of the number of renal ciliates to the species of polymembranous ciliates) was ranked as seasonal grazing, and the community similarity of ciliates was higher than that of seasonal grazing. The community difference between grazing and no-grazing sites was significant. Soil water content, organic matter and species number, density and diversity index were significantly positively correlated with P0.01N, and total phosphorus was positively correlated with species number and species diversity index (P0.05). The soil ciliates community composition parameters (species number, species diversity index, density) and soil environmental factors (soil temperature, water content, pH, organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, available phosphorus, inorganic nitrogen) were analyzed. Soil water content, organic matter and total nitrogen had great influence on the community composition of ciliates, among which organic matter had the greatest effect on the community of ciliates.
