【摘要】：壩上長(zhǎng)尾雞是原產(chǎn)自河北省壩上地區(qū)的優(yōu)良地方雞品種,2005年河北省質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督局發(fā)布了“DB13/T 748-2005壩上長(zhǎng)尾雞”,但目前該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)已不能很好的反映其品種特征,本品種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是在原有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基礎(chǔ)上,主要從體尺體重、生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育期體重、開(kāi)產(chǎn)日齡、產(chǎn)蛋量、屠宰性能、飼料報(bào)酬等方面對(duì)其進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充和修訂,以便更好的反映品種特性,保護(hù)品種資源。壩上長(zhǎng)尾雞為蛋肉兼用型品種,肉質(zhì)鮮美,雞蛋品質(zhì)高且能飛善走,抗病性強(qiáng),十分適合生態(tài)養(yǎng)殖。但由于品種開(kāi)發(fā)較晚,現(xiàn)并無(wú)關(guān)于其生態(tài)養(yǎng)殖的技術(shù)規(guī)范,為了更好的保護(hù)和開(kāi)發(fā)品種資源及生產(chǎn)性能,制定和實(shí)施壩上長(zhǎng)尾雞生態(tài)養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)規(guī)范勢(shì)在必行。本文通過(guò)對(duì)壩上長(zhǎng)尾雞原產(chǎn)地和飼養(yǎng)場(chǎng)的調(diào)研以及對(duì)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐并參考其他地方雞品種的生態(tài)養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)規(guī)范,制定了壩上長(zhǎng)尾雞生態(tài)養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)規(guī)范。本規(guī)范主要從壩上長(zhǎng)尾雞的場(chǎng)址選擇,設(shè)施建設(shè)與環(huán)境要求,建筑布局,育雛期的準(zhǔn)備工作、飼養(yǎng)管理,育成期的放養(yǎng)時(shí)節(jié)、放養(yǎng)密度、放養(yǎng)期間的飼養(yǎng)管理,產(chǎn)蛋期的準(zhǔn)備、日糧調(diào)整、光照制度、飼養(yǎng)管理以及各生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)的衛(wèi)生消毒、免疫接種、檢疫、記錄等方面對(duì)壩上長(zhǎng)尾雞的生態(tài)養(yǎng)殖過(guò)程進(jìn)行規(guī)范。本文還闡述了動(dòng)物福利的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并針對(duì)我國(guó)養(yǎng)雞業(yè)存在的動(dòng)物福利問(wèn)題,結(jié)合壩上長(zhǎng)尾雞生產(chǎn)的實(shí)際情況,提出了壩上長(zhǎng)尾雞的動(dòng)物福利要求。
[Abstract]:Bashang long tail chicken is a fine local chicken breed originating from Bashang area of Hebei Province. In 2005, Hebei Provincial quality and Technology Supervision Bureau issued "DB13/T 748-2005 Bashang long tail Chicken", but the standard can not reflect its variety characteristics well. On the basis of the original standard, the standard is mainly supplemented and revised from the aspects of body weight, growth and development weight, age of first production, egg production, slaughtering performance, feed remuneration, and so on, in order to better reflect the variety characteristics. Protection of variety resources. Bashang long tail chicken is a kind of both egg and meat, which is delicious in meat quality, high in quality, good in flying, strong in disease resistance, and suitable for ecological breeding. In order to better protect and develop the variety resources and production performance, it is imperative to establish and implement the ecological breeding technical specification for the long-tailed chicken in Bashang, in order to better protect and develop the variety resources and production performance, because of the late development of the variety, it has nothing to do with the technical specification of ecological breeding. Based on the investigation of the origin and breeding farm of the long-tailed chicken in Bashang, the production practice of the key links and the reference to the ecological breeding technical specifications of other local chicken breeds, the technical specifications for ecological breeding of the long-tailed chicken in Bashang were established in this paper. This specification is mainly based on the site selection, facilities construction and environmental requirements, building layout, preparation work, feeding management, stocking season, stocking density, raising management during stocking, preparation for laying eggs, etc., of the long tail chicken in Bashang, the construction layout, the preparation of the brooding period, the feeding management, the stocking season of the breeding period, the stocking density, the raising management during the stocking period, The ecological breeding process of Bashang long-tailed chicken was standardized in the aspects of ration adjustment, illumination system, feeding management, sanitary disinfection, immunization, quarantine and record. This paper also describes the development of animal welfare, and in view of the animal welfare problems existing in the chicken industry in China, combined with the actual situation of the production of the long-tailed chicken in Bashang, puts forward the requirements for the animal welfare of the long-tailed chicken in Bashang.
