【摘要】：為了試圖發(fā)現(xiàn)內(nèi)蒙古阿爾巴斯白絨山羊繁殖性狀的一般遺傳規(guī)律,提高阿爾巴斯白絨山羊的繁殖性能,本研究利用1998-2013年的內(nèi)蒙古絨山羊配種記錄、出生記錄和2008-2011年的絨毛品質(zhì)記錄,分別進行了配種日期對內(nèi)蒙古阿爾巴斯白絨山羊產(chǎn)羔數(shù)影響的研究、內(nèi)蒙古阿爾巴斯白絨山羊繁殖性狀遺傳參數(shù)估計的研究和內(nèi)蒙古絨山羊繁殖性狀與抓絨性狀之間關(guān)系的初步研究。研究結(jié)果如下：(1)配種日期為9月29日-10月16日的(胎)產(chǎn)羔數(shù)最高(1.76±0.42),其次是10月17日-11月3日(1.62±0.49),且母羊發(fā)情月份和發(fā)情高峰主要集中在10月份,所以生產(chǎn)中可以把10月份作為內(nèi)蒙古絨山羊的最佳配種期。(2)內(nèi)蒙古絨山羊產(chǎn)羔數(shù)、初生體重、斷奶體重、初生窩重和妊娠期的遺傳均屬于中等偏低遺傳力。且產(chǎn)羔數(shù)與初生個體重的表型和遺傳相關(guān)呈負相關(guān)(-0.12、-0.25),與斷奶體重和出生窩重呈強正相關(guān)關(guān)系(0.47-0.60)。因此,母羊(胎)產(chǎn)羔數(shù)大的其羔羊初生個體重小,而斷奶體重和初生窩重大。(3)由繁殖性狀與抓絨性狀之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系可知,產(chǎn)羔數(shù)與絨長呈負遺傳相關(guān)(-0.1092),與絨細呈正遺傳相關(guān)(0.1063)。羔羊初生重與毛長呈高度負遺傳相關(guān)(-0.9662),與毛細呈中等偏低遺傳相關(guān)(0.1281),與絨長呈高度正遺傳相關(guān)(0.9877),周歲重與毛細、絨細呈中等偏低遺傳相關(guān),因此我們可以通過制定合理的選配方案,對母羊產(chǎn)羔數(shù)和羔羊初生重進行選擇,進而改善絨山羊的絨毛品質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:In order to find out the general genetic rule of breeding traits of Inner Mongolia Albas white cashmere goat and improve its reproductive performance, this study made use of the records of Inner Mongolia cashmere goat breeding from 1998 to 2013. The effects of mating date on litter size of Inner Mongolia Albanian white cashmere goat were studied by birth record and villous quality record from 2008 to 2011. A study on the estimation of genetic parameters of breeding traits in Inner Mongolia Albas White Cashmere Goats and the preliminary study on the relationship between Reproductive traits and Cashmere catching traits in Inner Mongolia Cashmere Goats. The results were as follows: (1) the highest litter size was 1.76 鹵0.42% between September 29 and October 16, followed by 1.62 鹵0.49m from October 17 to November 3. The estrus month and estrus peak of estrus were mainly concentrated in October. Therefore, October can be regarded as the best breeding period for Inner Mongolia cashmere goats.) the inheritance of lamb, birth weight, weaning weight, birth litter weight and gestational period of Inner Mongolia cashmere goats all belong to medium low heritability. There was a negative correlation between litter size and the phenotypic and genetic correlation of birth weight, a strong positive correlation between litter size and weaning weight and birth litter weight. Therefore, the lambs with large lambs have low birth weight, while weaning weight and litter weight are significant. The correlation between breeding traits and cashmere grabbing traits can be seen from the relationship between weaning weight and litter weight. There was a negative genetic correlation between lambs and velvet length, and a positive genetic correlation between lambs and velvet fineness. There was a high negative genetic correlation between birth weight and wool length, a low genetic correlation with capillary size (0.1281), a high positive genetic correlation with velvet length (0.9877), and a moderate low genetic correlation between annual weight and capillary size and velvet size. Therefore, we can select the lambs and the birth weight of lambs by making a reasonable selection scheme, and then improve the wool quality of cashmere goats.
