日糧中添加不同水平紫蘇籽對湖羊生長性能、瘤胃發(fā)酵及養(yǎng)分表觀消化率的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究日糧中添加不同水平紫蘇籽(Perilla frutescens seed,PFS)對湖羊生長性能、血清生化指標(biāo)、養(yǎng)分表觀消化率及瘤胃發(fā)酵的影響。選取2月齡、平均初始體重為(23.02±1.36)kg的湖羊公羔60只,依據(jù)日糧中PFS含量隨機(jī)分成為:對照組(Control)、5%紫蘇籽組(5%PFS)、10%紫蘇籽組(10%PFS)和15%紫蘇籽組(15%PFS)。預(yù)試期14d,正試期70d。飼喂試驗(yàn)結(jié)束前21d,從各組隨機(jī)挑選4只羊進(jìn)行7d的消化代謝試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后稱重,計(jì)算平均日增重(ADG),并采集瘤胃液和血液分別用氣相色譜法、比色法、全自動(dòng)生化分析儀和酶聯(lián)免疫分析法測定瘤胃液揮發(fā)性脂肪酸(VFA)、氨態(tài)氮(NH_3-N)、血清中總蛋白(TP)、尿素氮(UN)、葡萄糖(Glu)和血清中生長激素(GH)、胰島素樣生長因子-1(IGF-1)等。結(jié)果表明,日糧中PFS水平對湖羊生長性能(干物質(zhì)采食量、平均日增重和料重比)、血清生化指標(biāo)(TP、UN、Glu、GH和IGF-1)、瘤胃pH和瘤胃液乙酸、丙酸及總揮發(fā)性脂肪酸(TVFA)等含量的影響不顯著(P0.05),但隨著PFS添加水平的升高,乙酸、丁酸和TVFA的含量呈降低趨勢,丙酸呈上升趨勢;與對照組相比,15%PFS組中NH_3-N和乙酸/丙酸極顯著降低(P0.01);添加PFS不影響日糧中粗脂肪(EE)和酸性洗滌纖維(ADF)的表觀消化率(P0.05),但干物質(zhì)(DM)、有機(jī)物(OM)和中性洗滌纖維(NDF)的表觀消化率隨著PFS添加水平升高而下降,且15%PFS組的DM和OM的表觀消化率均極顯著低于對照組(P0.01);與對照組相比,10%PFS組的粗蛋白(CP)表觀消化率極顯著提高(P0.01),而15%PFS組的極顯著降低(P0.01)。綜上所述,湖羊日糧中添加PFS水平為10%時(shí),飼喂效果較好。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of different levels of perilla frutescens Seedling on growth performance, serum biochemical index, apparent nutrient digestibility and rumen fermentation of Hu sheep. A total of 60 male lambs with average initial body weight of 23.02 鹵1.36)kg (2 months old) were randomly divided into two groups according to their dietary PFS content: the control group with 5% perilla seed group and the control group with 10% perilla seed group and 15% perilla seed group. The pre-test period was 14 days and the positive test period was 70 days. Four sheep were randomly selected from each group 21 days before the end of feeding test for 7 days of digestion and metabolism test. At the end of the experiment, the average daily gain was calculated, and the rumen fluid and blood were collected by gas chromatography and colorimetry, respectively. Automatic biochemical analyzer and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) were used to determine the levels of volatile fatty acids (VFAA) in rumen fluid (VFAA), ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N), total protein (TPN) in serum, urea nitrogen (UN), glucosamine (Glu), growth hormone (GH) and insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) in serum. The results showed that the effects of dietary PFS level on growth performance (dry matter intake, average daily gain and feed weight ratio), serum biochemical indexes, such as GH and IGF-1, rumen pH and rumen liquid acetic acid were studied. The contents of propionic acid and total volatile fatty acid (TVB) were not significantly affected by P0.05, but with the increase of PFS, the contents of acetic acid, butyric acid and TVFA decreased and propionic acid increased. Compared with the control group, the apparent digestibility of NH_3-N and acetic acid / propionic acid in PFS group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the apparent digestibility of dietary crude fat and acid detergent fiber was not affected by adding PFS, but the apparent digestibility of dry matter (DMN), organic matter (Om) and neutral detergent fiber (NDF) were not affected by adding PFS. The digestibility decreased with the increase of PFS supplementation level. The apparent digestibility of DM and OM in the 15%PFS group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.01), and the apparent digestibility of CP in the 10 PFS group was significantly higher than that in the control group, while that in the 15%PFS group was significantly lower than that in the control group. To sum up, the feed effect of Hu sheep was better when the PFS level was 10%.
