【摘要】：家禽因其眼球微結構的特征,對光照的刺激十分敏感,因此在實際的生產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖中,通過人工控制光照條件來促進家禽生長,以達到經(jīng)濟效益最大化。目前,在節(jié)能減排的時代背景下,在家禽養(yǎng)殖中,白熾燈正逐步退出歷史舞臺,LED因其節(jié)能作為熱點替代光源之一。更為重要的是,LED對自身光因子的可調(diào)控性使得它在家禽養(yǎng)殖應用中能夠滿足家禽對光的特性需求。本論文以“梅黃”肉雞為研究對象,比較研究了在封閉環(huán)境下5種LED光色對肉雞生產(chǎn)性能的影響,并進一步對比試驗了在封閉環(huán)境與半封閉環(huán)境下優(yōu)勢LED光色的不同補光時長對肉雞生長生產(chǎn)性能的影響。本文主要的研究內(nèi)容和成果如下：(1)研究了封閉環(huán)境下白、紅、黃、綠、藍5種LED光色(光照16h：黑暗8h)對肉雞生產(chǎn)性能的影響。研究表明,LED黃光更能促進“梅黃”肉雞的生長,提高其生產(chǎn)性能。(2)重點研究了半封閉環(huán)境下,白天自然光照射12h,封閉飼養(yǎng)環(huán)境后LED黃光補光0h、2h、4h、6h、8h、10h、12h七種時長對肉雞生產(chǎn)性能的影響。實驗中發(fā)現(xiàn),Y2h的補光方式能夠較好的促進肉雞生長增重,即能更好的促進“梅黃”母雞的生長。(3)重點研究了封閉環(huán)境下,優(yōu)選光色LED黃光光照12h、14h、16h、18h、20h、22h、24h七種時長對肉雞生產(chǎn)性能的影響。結果顯示,Y22h的人工補光時長能夠得到較大的體重,較好的屠宰性能,較低的單雞料肉比。
[Abstract]:Poultry is sensitive to light stimulation because of the characteristics of the microstructure of its eyeball. Therefore, in actual production and breeding, the light condition is controlled artificially to promote the growth of poultry in order to maximize the economic benefits. At present, under the background of energy saving and emission reduction, incandescent lamps are gradually withdrawing from the historical stage because of their energy saving as one of the hot alternative light sources in poultry farming. What is more important is that LEDs can meet the demand of light characteristics in poultry breeding applications because of their ability to regulate their own light factors. In this paper, the effects of five kinds of LED light color on the performance of broilers under closed environment were studied by using "Muihuang" broiler as the research object. Furthermore, the effects of dominant LED photochromatic time on the growth performance of broilers in closed and semi-closed environments were compared. The main contents and results of this paper are as follows: 1) the effects of white, red, yellow, green and blue LED light (16 h: dark 8 h) on the performance of broilers under closed environment were studied. The results showed that LED yellow light could promote the growth of "Mei Huang" broiler and improve its production performance. It was found that the light supplementation of Y2h could promote the growth and weight gain of broilers, that is, it could promote the growth of "Mei Huang" hens. The effect of LED yellow light on the performance of broilers was studied in this paper. The effects of light on the performance of broilers were studied in the following seven periods: 12hh, 14h, 16h, 18h, 20h, 22h and 24h, respectively. The results showed that the artificial light supplementation time of Y22h could get the higher body weight, better slaughtering performance and lower feed / meat ratio of single chicken.
