【摘要】：黃牛是住肉孢子蟲的中間宿主,住肉孢子蟲危害牛肉品質(zhì)和安全,人類食用患病牛肉會危害健康,引起腹痛、腹瀉等癥狀。我國黃牛住肉孢子蟲病的陽性率為3.64%~98.1%,其他國家黃牛住肉孢子蟲病的陽性率為42.44%~98.72%。目前,已確定的黃牛住肉孢子蟲蟲型有5種,分別為S.cruzi、S.hirsuta、S.hominis、S.rommeli、S.heydorni,我國已報道的黃牛住肉孢子蟲型有3種S.cruzi、S.hominis和S.heydorni,前兩種蟲型對牛和人均有致病性。本文綜述了黃牛牛肉中住肉孢子蟲的生活史、流行情況、種類、致病性以及診斷方法,為監(jiān)控牛肉中的住肉孢子蟲提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Yellow cattle is the intermediate host of meatosporidium, which endangers the quality and safety of beef, and human consumption of diseased beef will endanger health, cause abdominal pain, diarrhea and other symptoms. The positive rate of megasporidiosis in Chinese cattle was 3.64 ~ 98.1, and that in other countries was 42.447.72. At present, there are 5 species of S. cruzii S.hirsutataa S.hominis S.rommelius S.heydorni. three species of S.cruzii S.hominis and S.heydornii have been reported in China. The former two types are pathogenic to cattle and human beings. In this paper, the life history, prevalence, species, pathogenicity and diagnostic methods of megasporidium in beef were reviewed, which provided a reference for the monitoring of meatosporidium in beef.
