【摘要】：胰腺炎是犬、貓常見的消化系統(tǒng)疾病之一,多數(shù)情況下不能自愈,一旦發(fā)病往往病情不斷加重,不僅累及胰腺原發(fā)病灶,而且常引起遠(yuǎn)離胰腺的組織的損害,甚至發(fā)生多臟器的衰竭。筆者就臨床上診治的一例犬胰腺炎繼發(fā)腹水的發(fā)病情況、治療等進行總結(jié),以期對犬胰腺炎的診治提供幫助。
[Abstract]:Pancreatitis is one of the common digestive system diseases in dogs and cats, and it can't heal itself in most cases. Once the disease gets worse, it not only affects the primary lesions of the pancreas, but also causes damage to tissues far away from the pancreas. Even multiple organ failure. In order to provide help for the diagnosis and treatment of canine pancreatitis, the author summarized the incidence and treatment of secondary ascites in a case of canine pancreatitis.
