甘蔗提取物對熱應(yīng)激大鼠腸道炎癥因子及杯狀細(xì)胞的影響

【摘要】:本試驗旨在研究甘蔗提取物(sugar cane extract,SEC)對熱應(yīng)激大鼠腸道組織的影響,為SCE在動物生產(chǎn)上的應(yīng)用提供理論依據(jù)。選取21日齡雌性Wistar-Imamichi大鼠20只,按體重均分為4組,分別是對照組(NT)、SCE組(SCE)、熱處理組(HT)、SCE熱處理組(SH),其中SCE組和SH組均是日糧中添加2.16%的SCE純品。NH組和SCE組處于25℃恒溫環(huán)境中,HT組和SH組每天在38℃溫控環(huán)境中暴露3 h(12:00-15:00),試驗期10 d。結(jié)果表明:SCE和熱處理對空腸IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-αmRNA表達(dá)以及回腸IL-1β和TNF-αmRNA表達(dá)無顯著影響,但SCE顯著降低IL-6在回腸上的基因表達(dá);熱處理使十二指腸杯狀細(xì)胞數(shù)目增多,其中SCE和熱處理組尤為顯著;空腸和回腸各組杯狀細(xì)胞無明顯變化。由此可見,甘蔗提取物可顯著降低熱應(yīng)激大鼠回腸組織IL-6基因表達(dá)水平,且甘蔗提取物和熱應(yīng)激影響十二指腸杯狀細(xì)胞數(shù)目。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effect of sugar sugar cane extract (cane extract) from sugarcane on intestinal tissue of heat stressed rats, and to provide theoretical basis for the application of SCE in animal production.
