大角度翻蛋孵化機(jī)的研制及其在鵝種蛋孵化中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:針對鵝種蛋設(shè)計的新穎大翻蛋角度孵化機(jī),使得種蛋孵化過程翻蛋角度由常規(guī)的90°提高到170°左右,并附加其他溫濕度及涼蛋控制等技術(shù),對胚蛋更好通風(fēng)換氣。利用大角度翻蛋和常規(guī)90°角孵化機(jī)孵化揚州鵝、馬崗鵝和獅頭鵝種蛋,比較對活胚率、孵化率、受精蛋孵化率和弱雛率之間的影響。新穎大角度翻蛋孵化機(jī)使揚州鵝種蛋7日胚齡活胚率、15日胚齡活胚率、孵化率和受精蛋孵化率分別提高2.70個百分點(P0.01)、3.31個百分點(P0.05)、3.55個百分點(P0.05)和1.71個百分點(P0.01)。對馬崗鵝種蛋7日胚齡活胚率、15日胚齡活胚率、孵化率和受精蛋孵化率無顯著影響(P0.05),但較常規(guī)孵化機(jī)能弱雛率降低1.54個百分點(P0.05)。對于大體型獅頭鵝的種蛋,入孵蛋孵化率和受精蛋孵化率分別提高6.11個百分點(P0.05)和7.34個百分點(P0.01),并降低弱雛率2.08個百分點(P0.05)。采用大角度翻蛋孵化機(jī)可提高揚州鵝種鵝生產(chǎn)凈利潤10.3%、獅頭鵝種鵝生產(chǎn)凈利潤16.2%,尤其能提高種鵝反季節(jié)繁殖生產(chǎn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:A novel hatching machine with large egg turning angle was designed for goose egg breeding. The egg turning angle was raised from 90 擄to 170 擄during egg hatching, and other techniques such as temperature, humidity and cool egg control were added to improve the ventilation and ventilation of embryo eggs. Yangzhou Goose, Magang Goose and Lion Goose were incubated with large angle turning egg and conventional 90 擄hatchery machine. The effects of egg breeding on live embryo rate, hatchability rate, fertilized egg hatching rate and weak brooding rate were compared between Yangzhou Goose, Magang Goose and Lion Goose. The rate of live embryo at 7 and 15 days of embryo age, hatching rate and hatching rate of fertilized eggs were increased by 2.70%, 3.31%, 3.55% and 1.71%, respectively. There was no significant effect on the percentage of live embryos at 7 days old, 15 days of embryo age, hatching rate and hatching rate of fertilized eggs, but it was 1.54% lower than that of normal hatching machine. The hatching rate of hatched eggs and the hatching rate of fertilized eggs were increased by 6.11% (P0.05) and 7.34% (P0.01A), respectively, and the weak rate was reduced by 2.08% (P0.05%). The net profit of Yangzhou goose breeding goose can be increased by 10.3 percent, and the net profit of lion head goose breeding goose can be increased by 16.2 percent, especially the economic benefit of cross-season breeding of breeding goose can be improved.
