海鮮菇廢菌棒混貯料對羔羊生長性能、屠宰性狀及肉質(zhì)的影響

【摘要】:為了研究海鮮菇廢菌棒混貯發(fā)酵飼料對羔羊生長性能、屠宰性狀及肉質(zhì)的影響,確定適宜混貯比例,選擇體重相近、3月齡左右的健康波雜山羊32只,隨機(jī)分成四組,每組8只,分別飼喂含0%(對照組)、16%、32%、48%海鮮菇廢菌棒的混貯飼料,試驗(yàn)期60d。結(jié)果表明,試驗(yàn)組Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ羔羊的日增重分別比對照組提高9.52%、19.14%和11.29%(P0.05),每只羊日均利潤分別提高0.43元、0.81元和0.69元;與對照組相比,屠宰率、凈肉率、眼肌面積等屠宰性能沒有顯著差異(P0.05);羊肉中粗脂肪含量試驗(yàn)組Ⅱ最高,比對照組高20.1%(P0.05),膽固醇含量分別比對照組降低16.6%、21.3%和27.2%(P0.05),其它營養(yǎng)成份差異不顯著(P0.05);羊肉中鈣、磷、銅、錳、硒的含量高于對照組,而鐵、鋅含量低于對照組(P0.05);羊肉中氨基酸除了絲氨酸、脯氨酸含量,試驗(yàn)組Ⅲ低于對照組;試驗(yàn)Ⅰ組纈氨酸低于對照組、蛋氨酸高于對照組外(P0.05),其它氨基酸含量差異不顯著(P0.05);油酸含量試驗(yàn)組Ⅱ、Ⅲ分別比對照組高17.3%、13.5%(P0.05),其它脂肪酸差異不顯著(P0.05)。因此,利用海鮮菇廢菌棒與糟渣類資源混貯發(fā)酵后飼喂羔羊行之有效,適宜添加比例以32%為佳。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of mixed fermentation feed on growth performance, slaughtering character and meat quality of lamb, 32 healthy Boza goats with similar body weight about 3 months old were selected and randomly divided into four groups, 8 in each group, in order to study the effect of mixed fermentation feed on lamb growth, slaughter characteristics and meat quality.
