【摘要】：選取90頭體重約62 kg的杜×長×大三元雜交育肥豬,將其分為第1組(對照組)、第2組和第3組,每組30頭豬。用豬場現(xiàn)行飼糧(對照飼糧)飼喂對照組豬;第2組和第3組分別飼喂不同蛋白質(zhì)和賴氨酸含量的日糧。飼養(yǎng)試驗結(jié)果表明:(1)與對照組相比,第2、3組豬平均日增重分別提高37.09%(P0.01)、39.45%(P0.01),飼料的轉(zhuǎn)化率分別提高20.21%(P0.01)、18.91%(P0.01),每千克增重的飼料成本(7.51、8.01元/kg)較對照組(7.36元/kg)分別提高2.04%和8.83%。(2)第2、3組豬血清葡萄糖含量較對照組分別提高14.66%(P0.05)、17.80%(P0.05),血清總蛋白含量分別提高7.94%(P0.05)、9.74%(P0.05),血清甘油三酯含量顯著提高(P0.05),血清總膽固醇含量顯著降低(P0.05);第2組豬血清GPT活性顯著地低于對照組(P0.05),第3組豬血清GPT活性極顯著地低于對照組(P0.01);第3組豬血清GOT活性顯著地低于對照組和第2組(P0.05),血清T-SOD活性極顯著地高于對照組(P0.01),顯著地高于第2組(P0.05);第2、3組豬血清MDA含量較對照組分別減少21.27%(P0.05)、22.17%(P0.05)。基于試驗結(jié)果可推斷:育肥豬飼糧中蛋白質(zhì)的適宜含量為15.25%,賴氨酸適宜含量為0.90%。
[Abstract]:Ninety 脳 62 kg DU 脳 Chang 脳 Da crossbred fattening pigs were selected and divided into the first group (control group, group 2 and group 3, 30 pigs per group). The current diet of pig farm (control diet) was used to feed the control group, the second group and the third group were fed the diets with different protein and lysine content respectively. The results of the feeding experiment showed that the control group was compared with the control group. The average daily gain (ADG) of group 2 and group 2 were increased by 37.09% and 39.45%, respectively, and the feed conversion rate was increased by 20.21% and 18.91% / kg, respectively, and the feed cost per kilogram increased by 7.51 yuan / kg and 7.36 yuan / kg, respectively, and the serum glucose content of group 2 was increased by 2.04% and 8.83% / kg respectively compared with the control group. The content of serum total protein and triglyceride were 7.94 and 7.94, respectively, respectively. Serum triglyceride increased significantly (P 0.05), serum total cholesterol decreased significantly (P 0.05), the activity of serum GPT in group 2 was significantly lower than that in control group (P 0.05), and the activity of serum GPT in group 3 was extremely significant. The serum GOT activity of the third group was significantly lower than that of the control group and the second group, the activity of serum T-SOD was significantly higher than that of the control group P0.01, and significantly higher than that of the second group, and the content of serum MDA in the 2nd group was lower than that in the control group, respectively. Based on the results of the experiment, it can be inferred that the suitable content of protein and lysine is 15.25 and 0.90, respectively.
