不同產(chǎn)圈模式對母豬及哺乳仔豬福利水平的影響

【摘要】:本試驗旨在研究不同產(chǎn)圈模式對母豬繁殖性能、行為指標(biāo)、生理指標(biāo)及其后代哺乳仔豬的生產(chǎn)性能、行為指標(biāo)、生理指標(biāo)的影響,以期探究一種能在實際生產(chǎn)中推廣應(yīng)用的福利友好型母豬及哺乳仔豬飼養(yǎng)模式。試驗選取胎次相同、妊娠期及體況相近的24頭母豬二元雜交母豬(大白×長白),隨機分為3個處理組,即限位欄產(chǎn)圈+高床組(farrowing crate pen+high bed,FCH,n=8)、自由產(chǎn)圈+高床組(freedom farrowing pen+high bed,FFH,n=8)、自由產(chǎn)圈+部分發(fā)酵床地面組(freedom farrowing pen+partially fermented bed,FFPF,n=8)。在母豬預(yù)產(chǎn)期的前7 d將其轉(zhuǎn)入不同的產(chǎn)圈,分娩后第21 d仔豬斷奶。1.不同產(chǎn)圈模式對母豬繁殖性能及哺乳仔豬生長性能的影響(1)母豬的繁殖性能。FFH、FFPF母豬分娩時長顯著低于FCH(P0.05),FFH母豬分娩間隔顯著低于FCH(P0.05)。FFH母豬血液催產(chǎn)素(oxytocin,OT)及催乳素(prolactin,PRL)含量有升高的趨勢(P0.1)。(2)哺乳仔豬的生長性能。各組間斷奶仔豬數(shù)、仔豬死亡率、平均出生重平均斷奶重、斷奶窩重、平均日采食量差異均不顯著(P0.05)。FFH仔豬平均日增重顯著升高(P0.05)。2.不同產(chǎn)圈模式對母豬及哺乳仔豬行為的影響(1)母豬的行為。在母豬轉(zhuǎn)入后第2 d、4 d,FFH與FFPF母豬站立和探究行為顯著高于FCH(P0.05),而側(cè)臥、空嚼和咬欄行為顯著低于FCH(P0.05)。在分娩后第2 d,FFPF母豬犬坐行為發(fā)生次數(shù)顯著低于FCH(P0.05),而站立行為發(fā)生次數(shù)顯著高于FCH(P0.05)。在分娩后第3 d,FFH與FFPF母豬探究行為發(fā)生次數(shù)顯著高于FCH(P0.05),FFPF母豬空嚼行為發(fā)生次數(shù)顯著低于FCH與FFH(P0.05)。在分娩后第7 d,FFH與FFPF母豬側(cè)臥、站立、咬欄和空嚼行為發(fā)生次數(shù)顯著低于FCH(P0.05),而探究行為發(fā)生次數(shù)顯著高于FCH(P0.05)。在分娩后第14 d,FFH與FFPF母豬站立和探究行為發(fā)生次數(shù)顯著高于FCH(P0.05),而犬坐、咬欄和空嚼行為發(fā)生次數(shù)顯著低于FCH(P0.05)。在分娩后第21 d,FFH母豬側(cè)臥行為發(fā)生次數(shù)顯著高于FCH(P0.05),FFH與FFPF母豬站立和探究行為發(fā)生次數(shù)顯著高于FCH(P0.05),FFH與FFPF母豬腹臥、犬坐和空嚼行為發(fā)生次數(shù)顯著低于FCH(P0.05),FFPF母豬咬欄行為發(fā)生次數(shù)顯著低于FCH(P0.05)。(2)哺乳仔豬的行為。在分娩后第14 d,FFPF仔豬運動、探究行為發(fā)生次數(shù)顯著高于fch,ffh與ffpf仔豬攻擊行為發(fā)生次數(shù)顯著低于fch(p0.05)。在分娩后第21d,ffh與ffpf仔豬腹臥和站立行為發(fā)生次數(shù)顯著低于fch(p0.05),而運動、玩耍和探究行為發(fā)生次數(shù)顯著高于fch(p0.05)。3.不同產(chǎn)圈模式對哺乳仔豬皮膚損傷的影響分娩后第14d,ffpf仔豬皮膚損傷程度顯著降低(p0.05)。其他時期各組間仔豬皮膚損傷程度無顯著差異(p0.05)。4.不同產(chǎn)圈模式對母豬及哺乳仔豬應(yīng)激水平的影響(1)母豬的應(yīng)激水平。在母豬轉(zhuǎn)入產(chǎn)房后第2d,ffh和ffpf母豬腰部體表溫度顯著低于fch(p0.05)。在分娩后第7d,ffh與ffpf母豬唾液α-淀粉酶(α-amylase,amy)含量顯著低于fch(p0.05)。在分娩后第14d,ffpf母豬唾液amy含量顯著低于fch(p0.05),fch母豬唾液皮質(zhì)醇(cortisol,cor)有明顯升高的趨勢。(2)哺乳仔豬的應(yīng)激水平。分娩后各個時期,ffpf仔豬整體體表平均溫度顯著降低(p0.05);分娩后第7d,ffh仔豬cor含量顯著高于fch(p0.05);分娩后第21d,ffpf仔豬amy活性顯著降低(p0.05)。5.不同產(chǎn)圈模式對母豬及哺乳仔豬免疫水平的影響(1)母豬的免疫水平。在分娩當(dāng)天,ffh與ffpf母豬奶樣免疫球蛋白a(iga)、免疫球蛋白g(igg)含量顯著高于fch(p0.05)。在分娩后第3d,母豬奶樣ffh與ffpf母豬奶樣iga含量顯著高于fch(p0.05)。在分娩后第7d,ffh母豬唾液iga含量顯著高于fch(p0.05)。在分娩后第14d和21d,各組間母豬唾液iga、igg含量差異不顯著(p0.05)。(2)仔豬的免疫水平。分娩后第7d,ffh與ffpf仔豬血漿iga含量顯著高于fch(p0.05)。在分娩后第21d,ffh與ffpf仔豬血漿白細(xì)胞介素-1β(il-1β)、干擾素-γ(ifn-γ)含量有升高的趨勢(p0.1)。此外,第3d母豬奶樣iga含量與第7d仔豬血漿iga含量呈顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系(p0.05)。結(jié)論:在分娩前期,自由產(chǎn)圈顯著提高了母豬的繁殖性能;在分娩的中后期,自由產(chǎn)圈尤其是ffpf在提高仔豬生產(chǎn)性能,改善母豬和仔豬行為,緩解母豬和仔豬應(yīng)激水平等方面效果優(yōu)于限位欄產(chǎn)圈,而且自由產(chǎn)圈在一定程度上提高了仔豬機體免疫力。因此,自由產(chǎn)圈提高了母豬和哺乳仔豬的福利水平,是一種福利友好型的母豬及哺乳仔豬飼養(yǎng)模式。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different production cycles on the reproductive performance, behavioral indexes, physiological indexes and the production performance, behavior indexes and physiological indexes of the offspring of their offspring, in order to explore a kind of welfare friendly sow and suckling piglet feeding mode which can be popularized in actual production. The two hybrid sows of 24 sows with similar body conditions were randomly divided into 3 treatment groups, that is, the limit column production circle + high bed group (farrowing crate pen+high bed, FCH, n=8), the free production circle + high bed group (freedom farrowing pen+high bed, FFH, n=8), the free production circle + partial fermented bed ground group Bed, FFPF, n=8). After childbirth, twenty-first D, FFH mother pigs were significantly higher than FCH. The frequency of standing and exploring behavior of pigs was significantly higher than that of FCH (P0.05), FFH and FFPF sow's abdominal lying, and the number of dogs sitting and empty chewing was significantly lower than FCH (P0.05), and the number of FFPF sows' biting hurdles was significantly lower than FCH (P0.05). (2) the behavior of suckling piglets was fourteenth D and FFPF piglet movement after childbirth, the number of exploratory behavior was significantly higher than FCH. The incidence of attack behavior of H and FFPF piglets was significantly lower than that of FCH (P0.05). The content of interleukin -1 beta (IL-1 beta) and interferon gamma (ifn- gamma) in the plasma of 21d, FFH and FFPF piglets were higher after delivery. The free production circle significantly improved the reproductive performance of sows; in the middle and late stages of childbirth, the free production cycle, especially FFPF, improved the performance of piglets, improved the behavior of sows and piglets, relieved the equality of stress water between sows and piglets, and improved the immunity of piglets to a certain extent. The free production circle has raised the welfare level of sows and suckling piglets, and is a welfare friendly sow and suckling piglet feeding mode.
