【摘要】：為了了解寧夏地區(qū)牛源大腸桿菌中Ⅰ型整合子-基因盒攜帶情況及其對(duì)細(xì)菌耐藥性的影響。在獲得245株大腸桿菌對(duì)16種抗菌藥耐藥情況的基礎(chǔ)上,采用PCR技術(shù)對(duì)菌株的Ⅰ型整合子-基因盒進(jìn)行擴(kuò)增,PCR產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行測(cè)序分析。結(jié)果顯示Ⅰ型整合子檢出率為14.29%;35株Ⅰ型整合子陽(yáng)性菌株中32株菌擴(kuò)增出7種類(lèi)型的基因盒插入?yún)^(qū)片段,以介導(dǎo)甲氧芐啶和氨基糖苷類(lèi)耐藥的dfrA和aadA為主,基因盒排列dfrA17-aadA5和dfrA7較為流行,并且dfrA7為國(guó)內(nèi)首次從牛源性大腸桿菌中發(fā)現(xiàn)。分析表明寧夏地區(qū)牛源大腸桿菌中Ⅰ型整合子目前還不是很流行,菌株的多重耐藥表型與Ⅰ型整合子高度正相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the carrying status of type I integron gene box in bovine Escherichia coli in Ningxia area and its effect on bacterial resistance.
