【摘要】：社會對獸醫(yī)人才質(zhì)量的要求是大學(xué)獸醫(yī)教育教學(xué)改革的重要著眼點,對本科人才培養(yǎng)方案的制訂以及培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的控制有著重要的指導(dǎo)作用。通過調(diào)查研究和分析發(fā)現(xiàn),社會用人單位普遍認(rèn)可和重視具有以下能力的人才:基礎(chǔ)扎實、動手能力強、適應(yīng)環(huán)境能力強、具有團隊精神、具有創(chuàng)新能力以及品德高尚。因此,高校動物醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)的教學(xué)目標(biāo)就必須讓學(xué)生擁有扎實的基礎(chǔ)、較強的實踐動手能力、較強的環(huán)境適應(yīng)能力、較好的團隊合作精神、較高的創(chuàng)新能力和高尚的思想品德。
[Abstract]:The demands of the society on the quality of veterinary talents are the important focus of the reform of veterinary education and teaching in universities, and play an important role in guiding the formulation of undergraduate talents training programs and the control of training quality. Through investigation and analysis, it is found that social employing units generally recognize and attach importance to talents with the following abilities: solid foundation, strong hands-on ability, strong ability to adapt to the environment, team spirit, innovative ability and noble moral character. Therefore, the teaching goal of animal medicine in colleges and universities must let the students have solid foundation, strong practical ability, strong ability of adapting to the environment, good spirit of teamwork, higher ability of innovation and noble moral character.
