【摘要】：黑皮質(zhì)素受體(MCRs)有5種亞型(MC1R~MC5R),在機體各組織中分布,具有不同的生理功能。其中主要參與采食和能量代謝調(diào)節(jié)的受體是黑皮質(zhì)素受體4(MC4R),它能夠通過多條信號通路調(diào)節(jié)采食和能量代謝,并且在由MC4R突變體介導的2條信號傳導通路中觀察到由同一配體引起的偏置信號傳導。本文綜述了MC4R對動物采食和能量代謝的調(diào)控作用及機制,并闡述了MC4R突變對其功能的影響。
[Abstract]:The melanin receptor (MCRs) has 5 types of subtypes (MC1R~MC5R), which are distributed in the tissues of the body and have different physiological functions. The receptor, which is mainly involved in the regulation of food intake and energy metabolism, is a melanin receptor 4 (MC4R). It can regulate the intake and energy metabolism through multiple signal pathways, and the 2 signal transduction mediated by the MC4R mutant. The bias signal conduction caused by the same ligand is observed in the pathway. This article reviews the regulatory role and mechanism of MC4R on animal feeding and energy metabolism, and expounds the effect of MC4R mutation on its function.
