【摘要】：專業(yè)化育成是畜禽產(chǎn)業(yè)細(xì)分出的朝陽(yáng)行業(yè),其對(duì)提升畜禽養(yǎng)殖水平具有積極作用。文章以蛋雞為例,對(duì)實(shí)地調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)采用DEA及分位數(shù)回歸相結(jié)合的方法,實(shí)證分析專業(yè)化育成對(duì)農(nóng)戶蛋雞規(guī)模養(yǎng)殖效率的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):直接購(gòu)買育成雞在蛋雞全周期養(yǎng)殖的指標(biāo)上優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯,可為蛋雞規(guī)模養(yǎng)殖戶多獲利;專業(yè)化育成的蛋雞規(guī)模養(yǎng)殖效率要比自行育成高,且差異主要集中在純技術(shù)效率;專業(yè)化育成對(duì)農(nóng)戶蛋雞規(guī)模養(yǎng)殖效率具有顯著、持續(xù)的正向影響,說(shuō)明專業(yè)化育成能夠顯著提高農(nóng)戶蛋雞規(guī)模養(yǎng)殖水平�；谝陨辖Y(jié)果,建議從加大對(duì)專業(yè)化育成行業(yè)扶持力度、加強(qiáng)科技創(chuàng)新以及加大重點(diǎn)技術(shù)推廣力度等方面出臺(tái)政策,促進(jìn)專業(yè)化育成行業(yè)發(fā)展以及提升畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的發(fā)展水平。
[Abstract]:Specialized breeding is a sunrise industry subdivided by livestock and poultry industry, which plays a positive role in improving the level of livestock and poultry breeding. Taking laying hens as an example, DEA and quantile regression were used to analyze the effect of specialization on the scale breeding efficiency of laying hens. The results showed that the direct purchase of adult hens had obvious advantages in the index of whole cycle breeding of laying hens, which could make more profit for the scale breeders of laying hens, and the efficiency of specialized breeding of laying hens was higher than that of self-breeding. The difference mainly lies in the pure technical efficiency, and the specialized breeding has a significant positive effect on the scale breeding efficiency, which indicates that the specialized breeding can significantly improve the scale breeding level of the peasant laying hens. Based on the above results, it is suggested that policies should be put forward to promote the development of specialized breeding industry and raise the development level of livestock and poultry breeding industry from the aspects of increasing the support for specialized education industry, strengthening scientific and technological innovation and strengthening the intensity of technical popularization.
