石蠟切片H.E.染色后廢乙醇的回收技術(shù)

【摘要】:蘇木精-伊紅染色法(hematoxylin-eosin staining)簡稱H.E.染色法,廣泛應(yīng)用于科學(xué)試驗(yàn)中。常規(guī)的H.E.染色中需要用到大量的梯度乙醇溶液,但這些乙醇溶液使用幾次后就成了混懸液,無法重復(fù)使用,不但使試驗(yàn)成本增高,造成很大浪費(fèi),而且還污染了環(huán)境。筆者通過長期的實(shí)踐總結(jié)出了一種用于石蠟切片H.E.染色后廢乙醇的回收方法,且經(jīng)試驗(yàn)證明通過該方法回收的梯度乙醇與新乙醇制作出來的組織病理切片沒有任何的區(qū)別,可使廢乙醇變廢為寶,延長了乙醇的使用壽命,提高了乙醇的利用率,為實(shí)驗(yàn)室節(jié)約了實(shí)驗(yàn)經(jīng)費(fèi)的同時還減少了環(huán)境的污染。
[Abstract]:Hematoxylin-eosin stenting (H. E. Staining method is widely used in scientific experiments. Conventional H. E. A large number of gradient ethanol solutions are used in dyeing, but these ethanol solutions become suspensions after several times, which can not be reused, which not only increases the test cost, but also pollutes the environment. In this paper, a new method for paraffin slice H. E. The method of recovering waste ethanol after dyeing is proved by experiment that there is no difference between the gradient ethanol recovered by this method and the tissue pathological section made by new ethanol, which can turn waste ethanol into treasure and prolong the service life of ethanol. The utilization rate of ethanol was improved, and the experiment cost was saved, and the environmental pollution was reduced at the same time.
