【摘要】：飼用酶制劑的應(yīng)用在畜牧行業(yè)中已非常普遍,但由于市場(chǎng)上酶制劑產(chǎn)品種類(lèi)繁多,在選擇和應(yīng)用過(guò)程中,給使用者帶來(lái)很多困擾。本文旨在探討酶制劑在飼料應(yīng)用中的幾種評(píng)估方法的特點(diǎn)(包括常規(guī)酶活檢測(cè)、酶制劑的基本特性、酶制劑的穩(wěn)定性、應(yīng)用效果試驗(yàn)等),以及如何構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)體系,望對(duì)使用者具有一定的借鑒性。
[Abstract]:The application of feed enzyme in animal husbandry has been very common, but because of the variety of enzyme products in the market, it brings a lot of troubles to the users in the process of selection and application.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the characteristics of several evaluation methods of enzyme preparation in feed application (including routine enzyme activity detection, basic characteristics of enzyme preparation, stability of enzyme preparation, application effect test, etc.) and how to construct evaluation system.Hope to the user has certain reference.
