日糧添加不同油籽對(duì)綿羊脂代謝及皮下脂肪組織中脂肪酸組成的影響

【摘要】:本研究在日糧中添加具有不同脂肪酸特征的油籽,即油菜籽(52%的C18:1)、葵花籽(66%的C18:2)和胡麻籽(55%的C18:3),以研究它們對(duì)舍飼育肥綿羊瘤胃發(fā)酵特性、生長性能和脂肪酸組成的影響。試驗(yàn)選用40只體重為33.73±3.65kg、生理狀態(tài)相似的雜交公羊(小尾寒羊×蒙古羊)隨機(jī)分為4個(gè)組,每組10只。各組綿羊分別喂以含有不同脂肪酸特征的油籽,其中對(duì)照組采用基礎(chǔ)日糧(不含油籽),以豆粕和棉粕代替油籽,試驗(yàn)組分別飼喂:基礎(chǔ)日糧+ 10%油菜籽、基礎(chǔ)日糧+ 10%葵花籽、基礎(chǔ)日糧+10%胡麻籽的日糧。預(yù)飼期10天,正試期35天,試驗(yàn)期內(nèi)所有試驗(yàn)動(dòng)物自由飲水。試驗(yàn)一:日糧添加具有不同脂肪酸特征的油籽對(duì)舍飼育肥綿羊生產(chǎn)性能、屠宰性能及瘤胃發(fā)酵特性的影響。飼喂期對(duì)育肥羊的生長性能相關(guān)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行記錄,飼喂期結(jié)束后對(duì)所有羊只進(jìn)行屠宰,測(cè)定屠宰性能并當(dāng)場(chǎng)采集瘤胃液以便后期測(cè)定瘤胃發(fā)酵相關(guān)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果顯示:與對(duì)照組相比,試驗(yàn)組采食量及日增重均略有下降,但差異不顯著(P0.05);不同油籽對(duì)瘤胃pH影響差異顯著(P0.01),其中胡麻籽組PH值最高,油菜籽組最低;各處理組瘤胃液中氨態(tài)氮含量胡麻籽組顯著(P0.05)高于其他三組,其他各組間差異不顯著(P0.05);瘤胃菌體蛋白含量各組間差異均不顯著(P0.05)。研究表明:在本試驗(yàn)條件下,日糧添加具有不同脂肪酸特征的油籽對(duì)育肥綿羊生長性能沒有顯著影響;胡麻籽組的瘤胃pH值和氨態(tài)氮含量顯著高于油菜籽組和對(duì)照組,但均處于正常水平范圍內(nèi);試驗(yàn)處理對(duì)瘤胃菌體蛋白含量均無顯著影響,表明在育肥綿羊日糧中添加具有不同脂肪酸特征的油籽可以作為調(diào)控綿羊肉中功能性脂肪酸組成的方法。試驗(yàn)二:日糧中添加具有不同脂肪酸特征的油籽對(duì)舍飼育肥綿羊血液脂肪代謝相關(guān)指標(biāo)的影響。在試驗(yàn)結(jié)束的時(shí)候?qū)λ醒蛑贿M(jìn)行采血,樣品采回后,使用生化分析儀對(duì)其血液中脂肪代謝相關(guān)指標(biāo)的含量進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果顯示:與對(duì)照組相比日糧中添加10%的油菜籽后對(duì)血液甘油三酯、總膽固醇、高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白含量無影響(P0.05);葵花籽組顯著(P0.05)提高了總膽固醇、高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白含量,但對(duì)甘油三酯含量影響差異不顯著(P0.05);胡麻籽組相比于對(duì)照組無影響(P0.05)。因此,日糧中添加葵花籽后促進(jìn)了其脂肪沉積,而油菜籽和胡麻籽對(duì)脂肪代謝無影響。試驗(yàn)三:日糧中添加具有不同脂肪酸特征的油籽對(duì)舍飼育肥綿羊皮下脂肪組織中脂肪酸組成的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后對(duì)試驗(yàn)羊進(jìn)行屠宰,并從第12肋骨處采集皮下脂肪進(jìn)行脂肪酸組成及含量的分析。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:日糧中添加油菜籽、葵花籽和胡麻籽后,葵花籽組和胡麻籽組顯著提高了育肥羊脂肪組織中多不飽和脂肪酸含量(P0.05),油菜籽組相比于對(duì)照組有一定的增加但差異不顯著(P0.05),不飽和脂肪酸含量油菜籽組和葵花籽組顯著高于對(duì)照組和胡麻籽組(P0.05),而試驗(yàn)組飽和脂肪酸含量均有不同程度的降低,差異顯著(P0.05)。n-6多不飽和脂肪酸/n-3多不飽和脂肪酸(n-6/n-3)為胡麻籽組(4.49)油菜籽組(8.77)對(duì)照組(13.92)葵花籽組(17.40),組間差異極顯著(P0.01),胡麻籽組對(duì)于改善n-6/n-3效果最好。因此,在本試驗(yàn)條件下,日糧添加油菜籽和葵花籽可以顯著提高脂肪組織中不飽和脂肪酸的含量,胡麻籽對(duì)于改善多不飽和脂肪酸及n-3脂肪酸的含量效果最好。綜上所述,本試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在日糧中添加具有不同脂肪酸特征的油籽(1)對(duì)育肥綿羊瘤胃發(fā)酵特征及生長性能沒有顯著影響。(2)增加了育肥綿羊脂肪組織中有益脂肪酸如n-3脂肪酸和多不飽和脂肪酸的含量,對(duì)改善育肥羊羊肉品質(zhì),提高育肥羊經(jīng)濟(jì)效益具有積極的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:This study added with different fatty acids in the diet characteristics of oilseeds, namely rapeseed (52% C18:1), sunflower seeds (66% C18:2) and flax seed (55% C18:3), to study their effect on fattening sheep rumen fermentation characteristics, growth performance and fatty acid composition in experiment 40 only. The weight was 33.73 + 3.65kg, similar to the physiological state of hybrid RAM (Small Tail Han sheep * Mongolia sheep) were randomly divided into 4 groups, 10 rats in each group. The results showed that: compared with the control group, dietary supplementation of 10% rapeseed on blood triglyceride, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein No effect of content (P0.05); sunflower seed group (P0.05) significantly increased the total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein content, but the difference was not significant effect on the content of triglyceride (P0.05); flax seed group compared to the control group had no effect (P0.05). Therefore, dietary supplementation of sunflower seeds to promote the deposition of fat, while rapeseed and flax seeds had no effect on fat metabolism. Experiment three: the effect of adding fatty acids with different characteristics of oilseed fatty acids of fattening sheep in subcutaneous adipose tissue composition of the diet.
