【摘要】：生豬養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展對增加農(nóng)民收入、穩(wěn)定市場供應(yīng)具有重要意義。本文以浙江省生豬養(yǎng)殖業(yè)為研究對象,以蕭山、龍游、義烏、紹興、海鹽等主要生豬養(yǎng)殖地區(qū)為樣本對象,同時實地調(diào)研與訪談,分析浙江省生豬養(yǎng)殖業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。其中生豬養(yǎng)殖總體規(guī)模不斷上升,在2013年開始呈下降趨勢,但是生豬的生產(chǎn)力水平不斷提升。目前浙江省生豬養(yǎng)殖總體規(guī)模明顯下降、規(guī)�；B(yǎng)殖比例不斷上升、疫病控制能力明顯提升、生態(tài)化養(yǎng)殖模式趨勢明顯。主要從合作社和龍頭企業(yè)的發(fā)展情況分析了浙江省新型生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)體系建設(shè)情況。根據(jù)污染治理的方法不同,總結(jié)了浙江省生豬養(yǎng)殖的兩個大類的養(yǎng)殖模式,運用典型案例對比分析優(yōu)劣勢。目前,浙江省生豬養(yǎng)殖業(yè)挑戰(zhàn)與機遇并存。挑戰(zhàn):(1)環(huán)境剛性約束日益趨強,產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展空間受到限制;(2)合作社發(fā)揮的作用不夠,生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈依然松散;(3)龍頭企業(yè)自身實力不強,對產(chǎn)業(yè)的帶動作用有待加強;(4)養(yǎng)殖污染治理成本高,治污政策取向有待完善;(5)生豬保險體制不完善,無害化處理合作效能低。機遇:(1)政府重視,圍繞突破瓶頸探索新路徑;(2)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,規(guī)模企業(yè)迎來新機遇;(3)信息技術(shù)發(fā)展,增添新動力;(4)高層次人才加入,提升發(fā)展層次。浙江省生豬養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,必須立足生豬養(yǎng)殖業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合當前實際,堅持生態(tài)優(yōu)先、可持續(xù)發(fā)展原和科學管理原則,從落實產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃、強化產(chǎn)業(yè)管理、打造產(chǎn)業(yè)體系以給出探索性的建議。
[Abstract]:The healthy and stable development of pig breeding is of great significance to increase farmers' income and stabilize market supply.This paper takes the pig breeding industry in Zhejiang Province as the research object, taking the main pig breeding areas such as Xiaoshan, Longyou, Yiwu, Shaoxing and Haiyan as the sample objects, and at the same time, investigating and interviewing on the spot, analyzing the present situation of the development of the live pig breeding in Zhejiang Province.Among them, the overall scale of pig farming has been rising, and began to decline in 2013, but the level of pig productivity continues to improve.At present, the overall scale of pig breeding in Zhejiang Province is obviously decreasing, the proportion of large-scale breeding is rising, the ability of epidemic disease control is obviously improved, and the trend of ecological breeding model is obvious.This paper analyzes the construction of new pig industry system in Zhejiang Province from the development of cooperatives and leading enterprises.According to the different methods of pollution control, this paper summarizes two kinds of breeding modes of live pig breeding in Zhejiang Province, and compares the advantages and disadvantages with typical cases.At present, Zhejiang Province live pig breeding industry challenges and opportunities coexist.Challenge: 1) the environment is becoming more and more rigid, the space for industrial development is limited. The role played by cooperatives is not enough, and the pig industry chain is still loose. (3) the strength of leading enterprises is not strong enough.The leading role of the industry needs to be strengthened. 4) the cost of pollution control is high and the policy orientation of pollution control needs to be improved.) the insurance system of live pigs is not perfect and the cooperation efficiency of harmless treatment is low.Opportunity: 1) the government attaches importance to exploring a new path around breaking through the bottleneck and readjusting the industrial structure. Enterprises of a large scale welcome new opportunities for the development of information technology, add new power to join in and raise the level of development.For the healthy development of the pig breeding industry in Zhejiang Province, it is necessary to base on the present situation of the pig breeding industry, to adhere to the principles of ecological priority, sustainable development and scientific management, and to carry out the industrial planning and strengthen the industrial management.Create an industrial system to provide exploratory advice.
