【摘要】：為探討沉香葉粉對廣西靈山土雞免疫器官指數(shù)、血清生化指標和抗氧化能力的影響,選擇400只30日齡健康活潑、體重相近的廣西靈山土雞,隨機分為5組,每組4個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)20只(公母各半),對照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧,試驗組分別飼喂在基礎(chǔ)日糧中添加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%沉香葉粉的飼料。正試期30 d。結(jié)果表明:添加0.5%~2.0%沉香葉粉能夠顯著提高廣西靈山土雞的胸腺指數(shù)、脾臟指數(shù)和法氏囊指數(shù)(P0.05),顯著降低血清中總膽固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白含量(P0.05),顯著提高血清中高密度脂蛋白、總蛋白含量(P0.05)、超氧化物歧化酶活性和總抗氧化能力(P0.05),顯著降低血清中丙二醛含量(P0.05)。結(jié)果表明,沉香葉粉能夠顯著提高廣西靈山土雞免疫器官指數(shù)和抗氧化能力,顯著改善血清生化指標,以2%沉香葉粉的添加量效果最好。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effects of Acanthopsis leaf powder on immune organ index, serum biochemical index and antioxidant capacity of Guangxi Lingshan native chickens, 400 healthy and lively Guangxi Lingshan chickens with similar body weight at 30 days old were randomly divided into 5 groups with 4 repeats in each group.The control group was fed the basal diet, and the experimental group was fed with the basal diet supplemented with 0.5 1. 0 and 1. 5 and 2. 0% of the leaf powder, respectively, and the control group was fed with the basal diet of 20 rats (male and female, half and half, respectively), and the experimental group was fed with the basal diet.The trial period is 30 days.The results showed that the addition of 0.5% Dioscorea chinensis 2.0% leaf powder could significantly increase the thymus index, spleen index and bursa index (P 0.05), and decrease the total cholesterol in serum.The contents of triglyceride and low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) were significantly increased, the contents of high density lipoprotein, total protein, superoxide dismutase activity and total antioxidant capacity were significantly increased, and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum was significantly decreased.The results showed that the leaf powder could significantly improve the immune organ index and antioxidant capacity of Guangxi Lingshan native chicken, and significantly improve the serum biochemical index. The best effect was the addition of 2% leaf powder.
