【摘要】：為了篩選出艾葉和黃柏兩味對(duì)巴氏桿菌有抑菌活性的中藥有效成分的最佳提取工藝,試驗(yàn)以中藥提取物有效成分的浸膏得率和對(duì)巴氏桿菌的最小抑菌濃度(MIC)與最小殺菌濃度(MBC)為綜合考察指標(biāo),以提取工藝中的料液比、提取次數(shù)、提取時(shí)間、乙醇濃度、提取溫度為因素進(jìn)行工藝優(yōu)選。結(jié)果表明:艾葉有效成分的最佳提取條件為料液比1∶30,乙醇50%,提取溫度70℃,每次提取2 h;黃柏有效成分的最佳提取條件為料液比1∶7,乙醇70%,提取次數(shù)3次,每次提取80 min。在該工藝下進(jìn)行提取,中藥有效成分浸膏得率可以得到最大化保障,對(duì)巴氏桿菌的MIC和MBC值均≤15.6 mg/m L。說明該工藝為最佳提取工藝。
[Abstract]:In order to screen out the best extraction process of the active components of Chinese medicine which have antibacterial activity against Pasteurella spp., the leaves of Artemisia argyi and Phellodendron chinensis were extracted.The extraction rate of active components of Chinese traditional medicine and the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) for pasteurella were taken as the comprehensive indexes. The ratio of material to liquid, times of extraction, extraction time, concentration of ethanol in the extraction process were used as the comprehensive indexes.The extraction temperature was used as the factor to optimize the process.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: ratio of material to liquid 1: 30, ethanol 50, extraction temperature 70 鈩，
