【摘要】：采用透明圈和完整羽毛降解相結(jié)合的方法,從養(yǎng)雞場長期堆積廢羽毛中分離出了一株能高效降解羽毛角蛋白的菌株Fea-10.經(jīng)16S rDNA序列分析表明,Fea-10屬于鏈霉菌屬,與微白黃鏈霉菌的相似性達(dá)99.86%.經(jīng)形態(tài)、生理生化和系統(tǒng)發(fā)育樹綜合鑒定,命名為微白黃鏈霉菌Fea-10.Fea-10全基因組大小約為7.25 Mb,GC含量為73.36%,其含有豐富的次級(jí)代謝產(chǎn)物基因簇.菌株Fea-10發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)36 h后角蛋白酶活性達(dá)到最高值,最佳培養(yǎng)溫度為35℃.
[Abstract]:A strain Fea-10, which can efficiently degrade feather keratin, was isolated from the waste feathers of chicken farm by the method of transparent ring and complete feather degradation.The sequence analysis of 16s rDNA showed that Fea-10 belongs to Streptomyces, and the similarity with Streptomyces microphylla is 99.86.After comprehensive identification of morphological, physiological, biochemical and phylogenetic trees, the whole genome size of Streptomyces microphylla Fea-10.Fea-10 is about 7.25 Mb ~ (1) GC content is 73.36, which contains abundant secondary metabolite gene clusters.The activity of keratinase reached the highest value after 36 h fermentation of the strain Fea-10, and the optimum culture temperature was 35 鈩，
