【摘要】：為確定雛雞新城疫疫苗免疫時(shí)間,通過檢測雞種蛋母源抗體水平、孵化過程中卵黃和尿囊液抗體水平、出殼后雛雞血清中抗體水平、首免后抗體消長情況,確定了首免時(shí)間公式為:首免日齡=(種蛋母源抗體平均值-4)/0.4,及二免日齡為首免后14 d左右。該結(jié)果為家禽生產(chǎn)中制定科學(xué)的免疫程序提供了重要參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the immune time of Newcastle disease vaccine in chicks, the maternal antibody level of chicken eggs, the antibody level of egg yolk and allantoic fluid during hatching, the antibody level in serum of chicks after hatching, the growth and decline of antibody after first immunity were determined.The formula of the first immunity time was determined as follows: the average value of maternal antibody of the first day was -4% -0.4, and that of the second day was about 14 days after the first immunization.The results provide an important reference for the establishment of scientific immunization procedures in poultry production.
