【摘要】：我國是個農業(yè)大國,擁有著豐富的農業(yè)資源,各地區(qū)的特色農產(chǎn)品為地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,促進農民增收發(fā)揮著重要作用;地理標志代表著商品的質量與聲譽,給我國農產(chǎn)品提供了強有力的知識產(chǎn)權保護,同時也將各地區(qū)分散的特色農業(yè)按照統(tǒng)一的標準組織起來,地方特色農業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化、規(guī)�；l(fā)展提供了發(fā)展平臺。寧鄉(xiāng)花豬原產(chǎn)地為寧鄉(xiāng)縣流沙河鎮(zhèn)一帶,距今已有1000余年的歷史,是中國四大名豬之一,并于2010年成功申請獲得國家農產(chǎn)品地理標志產(chǎn)品證書。近年來,寧鄉(xiāng)縣十分重視寧鄉(xiāng)花豬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,攜手湖南農業(yè)大學簽訂了寧鄉(xiāng)花豬基礎研究協(xié)議,進行了一系列的科研成果轉化合作。寧鄉(xiāng)花豬依托地理標志產(chǎn)品這一平臺,讓個體農民無需自創(chuàng)品牌而分享品牌利益,提高寧鄉(xiāng)花豬的附加值,實現(xiàn)了寧鄉(xiāng)花豬在一定區(qū)域內優(yōu)質產(chǎn)品的規(guī)�；a(chǎn),為寧鄉(xiāng)花豬的產(chǎn)業(yè)化、規(guī)�；�(jīng)營提供了一個良好的發(fā)展平臺,促進了花豬養(yǎng)殖效益的提升。毫無疑問,寧鄉(xiāng)花豬地理標志的利用對于寧鄉(xiāng)花豬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,區(qū)域品牌建設,農民增收,農業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展以及地方知名度的提高起著巨大的作用;調研發(fā)現(xiàn),寧鄉(xiāng)花豬作為地理標志,在運用和推廣上,存在一定的局限,寧鄉(xiāng)花豬養(yǎng)殖沒有完全發(fā)揮"地理標志"這一活招牌的作用,花豬養(yǎng)殖的效益還有一定的提升空間。論文以地理標志下寧鄉(xiāng)花豬養(yǎng)殖效益提升研究為題,通過對地理標志品牌下的寧鄉(xiāng)花豬養(yǎng)殖現(xiàn)狀分析,運用Tobit模型,對影響花豬養(yǎng)殖效益的各個因素進行實證分析,得出五大因素對花豬養(yǎng)殖效益有影響,論文根據(jù)主要影響因素,依托地理標志這塊金字招牌,從政府扶持的角度、行業(yè)協(xié)會合作的角度、公司經(jīng)營推廣的角度和農戶聯(lián)結參與的角度,提出了提升地理標志下寧鄉(xiāng)花豬養(yǎng)殖效益的建議。
[Abstract]:China is a large agricultural country with abundant agricultural resources. The characteristic agricultural products in various regions play an important role in promoting the local economic development and increasing farmers' income, and geographical indications represent the quality and reputation of commodities.It provides strong intellectual property protection for agricultural products in our country, and also organizes the decentralized characteristic agriculture in various regions according to the unified standard. The industrialization of local characteristic agriculture and the large-scale development of local characteristic agriculture provide the development platform.Ningxiang Flower Pig originated from Liushahe Town in Ningxiang County and has a history of more than 1000 years. It is one of the four famous pigs in China and successfully applied for the National Agricultural products Geographic indication Product Certificate in 2010.In recent years, Ningxiang County attached great importance to the development of Ningxiang flower pig industry, signed a basic research agreement with Hunan Agricultural University, and carried out a series of scientific research results transformation cooperation.Relying on the platform of geographical indication products, Ningxiang Flower Pigs enable individual farmers to share the brand benefits without creating their own brands, improve the added value of Ningxiang Flower Pigs, and realize the large-scale production of high-quality products of Ningxiang Flower Pigs in a certain region.It provides a good development platform for the industrialization and scale management of the flower pig in Ningxiang, and promotes the raising benefit of the flower pig.There is no doubt that the use of geographical indications of Ningxiang Hua pig plays a great role in the development of Ningxiang flower pig industry, the construction of regional brand, the increase of farmers' income, the development of agricultural industry and the improvement of local popularity.As a geographical indication, there are some limitations in the application and popularization of Ningxiang flower pig. Ningxiang flower pig breeding has not fully played the role of "geographical indication" as a living sign, and the efficiency of flower pig breeding still has some room for improvement.Based on the research of raising benefit of Ningxiang Flower Pig under geographical indication, this paper analyzes the present situation of Ningxiang Flower Pig breeding under geographical indication brand, and applies Tobit model to analyze the factors that affect the benefit of Flower Pig breeding.It is concluded that five major factors have an impact on the efficiency of pig breeding. According to the main influencing factors, the paper relies on this gold-lettered sign of geographical indication, from the angle of government support, and from the angle of trade association cooperation.From the angle of management and extension of the company and the participation of farmers, the paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the benefit of flower pig breeding in Ningxiang under geographical indications.
