辣木在奶牛瘤胃中的降解特性研究

【摘要】:為研究辣木的瘤胃降解特性,探索辣木在反芻動(dòng)物飼料中的應(yīng)用技術(shù),以3頭安裝永久性瘺管的奶牛為試驗(yàn)動(dòng)物,采用尼龍袋法測(cè)定辣木葉、辣木枝、辣木莖在瘤胃內(nèi)的降解率和降解參數(shù)。結(jié)果表明:辣木干物質(zhì)(DM)、有機(jī)物(OM)在瘤胃內(nèi)的降解率和降解參數(shù)變化趨勢(shì)相近,48h達(dá)到降解平臺(tái)期,但不同部位的降解率差異較大。辣木葉干物質(zhì)(DM)96h降解率最高,為69.34%,辣木枝和辣木莖依次降低;辣木各部位干物質(zhì)(DM)和有機(jī)物(OM)的有效降解率差異顯著(P0.05),葉、枝、莖的有效降解率依次降低。辣木葉粗蛋白(CP)的96h降解率高達(dá)90.86%,較辣木莖和枝分別高22.84%、38.92%;三者粗蛋白(CP)的有效降解率依次降低,但粗蛋白(CP)的有效降解率明顯高于干物質(zhì)(DM)和有機(jī)物(OM);辣木葉瘤胃降解蛋白(RDP)含量最高為15.57%,高于過瘤胃蛋白(RUP)含量,但辣木枝和莖的過瘤胃蛋白(RUP)含量高于瘤胃降解蛋白(RDP)含量。辣木葉、枝、莖中性洗滌纖維(NDF)的96h瘤胃降解率依次降低,分別為50.55%、27.11%、16.24%,辣木葉和辣木枝酸性洗滌纖維(ADF)的96h降解率大小相近;辣木葉的NDF、ADF的有效降解率均顯著高于辣木枝和辣木莖(P0.05)。因此從瘤胃降解特性來(lái)看,辣木3個(gè)部位的營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值依次為辣木葉辣木枝辣木莖。在飼喂奶牛過程中,建議單獨(dú)飼喂辣木葉,辣木枝混合營(yíng)養(yǎng)含量高的飼料飼喂,不建議將辣木莖直接作為奶牛飼料。
[Abstract]:In order to study the characteristics of rumen degradation and explore the application technology of Mori in the feed of ruminant, three dairy cows with permanent fistula were used as experimental animals to determine the leaf and branch of spicy wood by nylon bag method.The degradation rate and degradation parameters of the stem in rumen.The results showed that the degradation rate and degradation parameters of DMN and OMin in rumen reached the stage of degradation in 48 h, but the degradation rates of different parts varied greatly.The degradation rate of dry matter (DMN) was the highest (69.34) in 96 h, and the effective degradation rate of dried matter (DMM) and organic matter (OM) in different parts of Mori decreased in turn, such as P0.05, leaf, branch and stem.The degradation rate of crude protein (CPP) reached 90.86 in 96 h, which was 22.84 and 38.92 higher than that of stem and branch, respectively, and the effective degradation rate of CP3 decreased in turn.However, the effective degradation rate of CP was significantly higher than that of DM) and OMN, and the highest content of rumen degrading protein (RDPP) was 15.57%, which was higher than that of rumen protein (Rup).However, the content of rumen protein (Rup) in twigs and stems was higher than that in rumen degrading protein (RDP).The rumen degradation rate of leaf, branch and stem NDF decreased in turn at 96 h, which were 50.55 and 27.1116.24, respectively. The degradation rate of acid washing fiber ADF in leaves and branches was similar in 96 h.The effective degradation rate of NDFN ADF in leaves was significantly higher than that of P0.05 and P0.05 in the branches and stems of pungent wood.Therefore, the nutritive value of the three parts in the rumen degradation was the stem of the stem.In the course of feeding the cows, it is suggested that the dried wood leaves should be fed alone, and the spicy wood branches mixed with high nutrient content should be fed, but it is not recommended that the stem of spicy wood be directly used as the feed for dairy cows.
