【摘要】：為研究殼聚糖硒抗玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)對(duì)小鼠臟器指數(shù)、白介素18(IL-18)和腫瘤壞死因子α(TNF-α)含量的影響,本試驗(yàn)將40只雌性昆明小鼠隨機(jī)均分為對(duì)照組、ZEN組、殼聚糖硒1組和殼聚糖硒2組,分別飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧,添加2 mg/kg ZEN的基礎(chǔ)日糧,添加2 mg/kg ZEN和0.2 mg/kg(以硒計(jì)量)殼聚糖硒的基礎(chǔ)日糧以及添加2 mg/kg ZEN和0.4 mg/kg(以硒計(jì)量)殼聚糖硒的基礎(chǔ)日糧。試驗(yàn)期為30 d。試驗(yàn)結(jié)束時(shí)測(cè)定小鼠臟器指數(shù)、血清IL-18和TNF-α含量。結(jié)果表明:ZEN組小鼠子宮指數(shù)較對(duì)照組提高了31.26%(P0.05),殼聚糖硒1組和殼聚糖硒2組小鼠子宮指數(shù)較ZEN組分別降低了23.49%和25.61%(P0.05);ZEN組、殼聚糖硒1組和殼聚糖硒2組小鼠腎臟指數(shù)較對(duì)照組分別提高了6.34%、11.94%和8.21%(P0.05);對(duì)照組、ZEN組、殼聚糖硒1組和殼聚糖硒2組間小鼠心臟、脾臟、肺臟和肝臟指數(shù)變化均在8%以?xún)?nèi)(P0.05)。ZEN組小鼠血漿IL-18和TNF-α含量分別較對(duì)照組提高了291.33%和226.83%(P0.01);殼聚糖硒1組和殼聚糖硒2組小鼠血漿IL-18和TNF-α含量較ZEN組分別降低了29.13%、68.99%和24.98%、59.50%(P0.01)。結(jié)果提示,殼聚糖硒能夠減弱ZEN對(duì)小鼠的毒性作用,可降低ZEN導(dǎo)致的小鼠血漿TNF-α和IL-18含量升高。
[Abstract]:To study the effects of chitosan selenium on organ index, interleukin 18 IL-18 (IL-18) and tumor necrosis factor 偽 (TNF- 偽) in mice, 40 female Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group and Zen group.Chitosan selenium group 1 and chitosan selenium group 2 were fed with basal diet and basal diet supplemented with 2 mg/kg ZEN, respectively.Basal diet supplemented with 2 mg/kg ZEN and 0.2 mg / kg of chitosan selenium (measured by selenium) and basal diet supplemented with 2 mg/kg ZEN and 0.4 mg / kg of chitosan selenium.The experimental period is 30 days.The organ index, serum IL-18 and TNF- 偽 levels were measured at the end of the experiment.The results showed that the uterine index of mice in the control group was increased by 31.26% than that in the control group. The uterine index of the mice in the chitosan selenium group and chitosan selenium group decreased by 23.49% and 25.61%, respectively, compared with the ZEN group, and the uterus index in the chitosan selenium group decreased by 23.49% and 25.61% respectively compared with the ZEN group.Compared with the control group, the kidney index of the mice in the chitosan selenium 1 group and chitosan selenium 2 group were increased by 6.34% and 8.21%, respectively, while in the control group, the heart and spleen of the mice were increased by 6.34% and 8.21%, respectively, and the heart and spleen of the mice in the Zen group, the chitosan selenium 1 group and the chitosan selenium 2 group were increased by 6.34% and 8.21%, respectively.The results suggested that chitosan selenium could attenuate the toxicity of ZEN to mice and decrease the increase of plasma TNF- 偽 and IL-18 induced by ZEN.
