壓捆機壓縮頻率與壓縮室三維應(yīng)力關(guān)系的試驗研究

【摘要】:壓縮頻率與壓縮室三維應(yīng)力直接影響牧草壓捆機的生產(chǎn)率和結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸,是主要設(shè)計參數(shù)。本研究以方草捆壓捆機為試驗設(shè)備,以羊草作為試驗物料,研究開式壓縮中壓縮頻率與壓縮室三維應(yīng)力的關(guān)系。在壓捆機工作過程中,采集壓縮過程中草物料在壓縮室3個相互垂直方向上應(yīng)力,分析三維應(yīng)力間的相互關(guān)系,以及不同壓縮頻率下三維應(yīng)力的變化趨勢。結(jié)果表明:同一壓縮頻率下,三維應(yīng)力值均隨時間呈指數(shù)規(guī)律變化;壓縮頻率改變導(dǎo)致三維應(yīng)力數(shù)值變化,但對三維應(yīng)力本身變化規(guī)律無明顯影響;單純提高壓縮頻率會造成活塞軸向壓縮力下降,進而影響其他兩個方向應(yīng)力。
[Abstract]:The compression frequency and the three dimensional stress of the compressing chamber directly affect the productivity and structure size of the forage baler and are the main design parameters.In this study, the relationship between the compression frequency and the three dimensional stress in the compressing chamber was studied with Leymus chinensis as the experimental material and the baler as the test equipment.During the working process of the baler, the grass materials are subjected to three vertical stresses in the compressing chamber. The relationship between the three dimensional stresses and the variation trend of the three dimensional stresses at different compression frequencies are analyzed.The results show that the three dimensional stress varies exponentially with time at the same compression frequency, and the change of compression frequency leads to the numerical change of three dimensional stress, but it has no obvious effect on the change of three dimensional stress itself.Simply increasing the compression frequency will cause the piston axial compression force to decrease, and then affect the other two directions of stress.
