【摘要】：本實驗旨在分析陜北白絨山羊10月齡母羊發(fā)情周期內(nèi)卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黃體生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_2)和孕酮(P_4)的含量變化規(guī)律,為研究幼齡陜北白絨山羊母羊的繁殖性能和生殖激素的調(diào)控提供理論依據(jù)。在一個發(fā)情周期內(nèi),連續(xù)20 d每天對8只10月齡陜北白絨山羊母羊進行頸靜脈采血(母羊出現(xiàn)發(fā)情表現(xiàn)記為發(fā)情第0天);在發(fā)情期當天和發(fā)情間期第5天,從08:00開始,每間隔15 min連續(xù)采血3 h,分離血清,用酶聯(lián)免疫測定法(ELISA)測定發(fā)情期、間情期和發(fā)情周期血清中FSH、LH、E_2和P_4的含量。結(jié)果表明:在發(fā)情期和間情期連續(xù)3 h內(nèi),FSH、LH、E_2和P_4均呈波動式分泌,FSH發(fā)情期比間情期波動頻率快。LH發(fā)情期較間情期的波動頻率低;在發(fā)情期血清內(nèi)E_2含量較間情期高(P0.05);間情期血清內(nèi)P4含量顯著高于發(fā)情期(P0.05);在測定的20 d內(nèi),FSH、LH、E2血清中濃度值差異不顯著(P0.05),而P4濃度在發(fā)情當日和發(fā)情次日低于發(fā)情間期(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to analyze the changes of follicle stimulating hormone (FSHN), luteinizing hormone (LHH), estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P4) in the estrous cycle of white cashmere goats in Northern Shaanxi.To provide theoretical basis for the study of reproductive performance and regulation of reproductive hormones in young White Cashmere Goat ewes.In a single estrus cycle, 8 10-month-old white cashmere goat estrus were collected by jugular vein every day for 20 consecutive days (estrus appearance in estrus was recorded as the 0th day of estrus, and on the day of estrus and the 5th day of estrus, from 08:00).Serum samples were collected at intervals of 15 min for 3 hours.
