【摘要】：牛床墊料是奶牛散欄飼養(yǎng)模式中不可或缺的生產(chǎn)資料,常見的墊料材料有沙子、秸稈、木屑等。近年來將固體牛糞加工成牛床再生墊料受到普遍關(guān)注并在生產(chǎn)中得到了較好的應(yīng)用。該墊料是通過特定的處理設(shè)備,將奶牛的新鮮糞尿經(jīng)固液分離、厭氧或好氧發(fā)酵加溫殺菌后,形成的一種可用于鋪墊臥床的牛糞固體產(chǎn)品。本文重點圍繞牛糞資源墊料化利用的固液分離直接利用、厭氧發(fā)酵、好氧發(fā)酵等3種生產(chǎn)模式,比較了不同工藝處理后成品的物料特性,含水率、病原菌和寄生蟲卵等參數(shù)指標(biāo),及其對奶牛舒適性、健康及飼養(yǎng)成本的影響,分析了牛床再生墊料生產(chǎn)過程的水分控制、殺菌消毒等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)環(huán)節(jié),闡述了固體牛糞作為墊料需要解決的技術(shù)瓶頸及產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)需求,并對未來的推廣應(yīng)用前景進行了展望。
[Abstract]:Cow mattress is an indispensable means of production in dairy cattle herbicide feeding mode. The common bedding materials are sand, straw, sawdust and so on.In recent years, the processing of solid cow dung into cow bed recycled bedding has received widespread attention and has been well applied in production.The pad is a kind of cow dung solid product which can be used for bedding bed after the fresh dung and urine of dairy cow are separated by solid and liquid after anaerobic or aerobic fermentation and sterilized by special treatment equipment.This paper focuses on three production modes of direct solid-liquid separation, anaerobic fermentation and aerobic fermentation, and compares the material characteristics and moisture content of the finished products after different processes, such as direct utilization of solid and liquid, anaerobic fermentation and aerobic fermentation.The parameters such as pathogenic bacteria and parasite eggs, and their effects on the comfort, health and feeding cost of dairy cows were analyzed. The key technical links such as water control, sterilization and disinfection in the production process of regenerated bedding for cattle bed were analyzed.The technical bottleneck and industrial technical demand of solid cow dung as a cushion material are expounded, and the prospect of popularization and application in the future is prospected.
