體外法評價玉米秸稈、小麥秸稈與玉米秸稈青貯的組合效應

【摘要】:試驗旨在利用體外產(chǎn)氣法研究玉米秸稈(CS)、小麥秸稈(WS)與玉米秸稈青貯(CSS)的組合效應。試驗采用單因素試驗設計,首先研究CS與WS,篩選出的最優(yōu)CS-WS組合后,再與CSS選出最優(yōu)組合,每個組合設3個重復。結(jié)果表明:不同飼料組合間產(chǎn)氣量達顯著(P0.05)或極顯著(P0.01)差異,CS與WS組合的SFAEI在60∶40比例時達到最優(yōu)、最優(yōu)CS-WS組合與CSS組合在40∶60產(chǎn)氣量達到最優(yōu);各飼料間的干物質(zhì)消失率影響達顯著(P0.05)或極顯著(P0.01)水平,其最優(yōu)SFAEI的比例組合分別是50∶50和20∶80;不同飼料組合間pH差異不顯著(P0.05);微生物蛋白產(chǎn)量在兩組飼料組合中達極顯著(P0.01)影響,分別是隨小麥秸稈比例的增加而減少、隨玉米秸稈青貯比例的增加而增加,其最優(yōu)SFAEI的比例組合分別是60∶40和40∶60;不同飼料組合間氨態(tài)氮濃度影響顯著(P0.05),在10.71~26.05mg/dl變化,均在正常濃度范圍內(nèi);用多項組合效應指數(shù)評定各飼料組合的最優(yōu)比例分別為:CS和WS為60∶40;最優(yōu)CS-WS組合(60∶40)與CSS為20∶80。綜合分析得出:玉米秸稈、小麥秸稈和玉米秸稈青貯三者的適宜組合比例為12∶8∶80。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the combined effect of corn straw CSS, wheat straw straw WS) and corn straw silage CSS by gas production in vitro.The single factor experimental design was used. The optimal CS-WS combination was selected after the CS and WSS were studied. Then the optimal combination was selected with CSS, and each combination was divided into 3 replicates.The results showed that the gas production of different feed combinations was significant (P0.05) or extremely significant (P0.01). The SFAEI of CS and WS combinations reached the optimum at 60:40, and the optimal combination of CS-WS and CSS reached the optimum at 40:60.The dry matter disappearance rate among different feed groups reached significant P 0.05) or extremely significant P 0.01) levels.The optimum proportion of SFAEI was 50:50 and 20: 80, respectively; the pH difference between different feed combinations was not significant (P0.05N); the microbial protein yield was significantly affected by P0.01 in the two groups of feed combinations, and decreased with the increase of wheat straw ratio, respectively.With the increase of corn straw silage ratio, the optimal SFAEI ratio was 60:40 and 40: 60 respectively, and the concentration of ammonia nitrogen among different feed combinations had a significant effect on P0.05N, and all of them were within the normal concentration range in the change of 10.71~26.05mg/dl.The optimum ratio of each feed combination is: 1: CS and WS is 60: 40; the optimal CS-WS combination is 60: 40) and the CSS is 20: 80.The optimum combination ratio of corn straw, wheat straw and corn straw silage is 12: 8: 80.
