【摘要】：【目的】分析Myh6基因在新西蘭白兔Oryctolagus cuniculus肌肉中的表達(dá)規(guī)律及與肌纖維特性的相關(guān)性,探究Myh6基因在肌纖維發(fā)育過程中的作用�！痉椒ā坷帽鶅銮衅夹g(shù)測(cè)量了2、4、6、8、10、12周齡新西蘭白兔背腿肌中不同類型肌纖維的密度、面積、長(zhǎng)徑和短徑等性狀,采用qRT-PCR測(cè)量了Myh6基因在不同周齡新西蘭白兔背腿肌中的表達(dá)量,分析了上述性狀與Myh6基因表達(dá)的相關(guān)性�！窘Y(jié)果】2~8周齡新西蘭白兔各類型肌纖維的密度逐漸變小,面積、長(zhǎng)徑和短徑則逐漸變大(白肌纖維短徑除外,僅在2~6周齡有變大趨勢(shì))。Myh6基因在4周齡表達(dá)量最高。Myh6基因表達(dá)量與公兔背部紅肌纖維的面積呈極顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.01),與公兔腿部紅肌纖維的密度呈極顯著正相關(guān)(P0.01)�！窘Y(jié)論】Myh6基因表達(dá)與肌纖維類型和肌纖維的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:[objective] to analyze the expression of Myh6 gene in Oryctolagus cuniculus muscle of New Zealand white rabbits and its correlation with muscle fiber characteristics.To explore the role of Myh6 gene in the development of muscle fibers. [methods] the density, area, length and short diameter of different types of muscle fibers in the dorsal leg muscles of New Zealand white rabbits were measured by freezing section technique.QRT-PCR was used to measure the expression of Myh6 gene in the dorsal leg muscle of New Zealand white rabbits at different weeks of age, and the correlation between the above traits and the expression of Myh6 gene was analyzed. [results] the density and area of each type of muscle fibers of 2-week old New Zealand white rabbits gradually decreased.The long and short diameters gradually become larger (except for the short diameters of the white muscle fibers).The expression of Myh6 gene was the highest at the age of 4 weeks. The expression of Myh6 gene was negatively correlated with the area of red muscle fibers in the back of male rabbits, and was positively correlated with the density of red muscle fibers in the legs of male rabbits.The expression of Myh6 gene is closely related to the type of muscle fiber and the growth and development of muscle fiber.
