日糧中添加巴爾麥?zhǔn)蠈α_曼父母代蛋種雞生產(chǎn)性能及抗病能力的影響

【摘要】:巴爾麥?zhǔn)鲜且环N具有高效功能性、堿性離子化、免疫增強(qiáng)劑的生物飼料添加劑,它含有Si、Ge、Ag、Au、Ti、Zn2+、Fe2+等,增強(qiáng)機(jī)體免疫力和生物細(xì)胞組織再生能力,提高機(jī)體非特異性免疫機(jī)能;加強(qiáng)體質(zhì)、提高動物的抗應(yīng)激、改善消化吸收功能、增加飼料利用率。作為飼料添加劑在育肥牛、斷乳仔豬、肉雞等應(yīng)用較多,在畜牧生產(chǎn)中有較高的應(yīng)用價值。本研究擬用添加三種不同水平的巴爾麥?zhǔn)系娘暭Z飼喂15周齡至45周齡的羅曼父母代蛋種雞,來探究日糧中不同水平的巴爾麥?zhǔn)蠈Φ半u生產(chǎn)性能及抗病能力的影響。試驗(yàn)開始于2013年3月2日,9月29日結(jié)束,在伊犁州奶牛場蛋種雞場進(jìn)行,試驗(yàn)期210天。試驗(yàn)選用15周齡的羅曼父母代蛋種雞400羽,隨機(jī)分為4個組,每組100羽。4個組均在同一棟雞舍,采用3層階梯式籠養(yǎng),每籠3羽,各組雞籠上下位置均等。對照組的飼喂采用基礎(chǔ)日糧,分別在試驗(yàn)1組、2組和試驗(yàn)3組飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧的基礎(chǔ)上添加巴爾麥?zhǔn)?‰、2‰、3‰的量。試驗(yàn)過程中,記錄統(tǒng)計對照組、試驗(yàn)組產(chǎn)蛋率分別達(dá)到5%和50%時,蛋雞的平均日齡、蛋重及體重。并每周統(tǒng)計計算產(chǎn)蛋率、平均蛋率、采食量、料蛋比等。當(dāng)各組達(dá)到產(chǎn)蛋高峰期以后(約27周齡后)連續(xù)收集4周種蛋,3d孵化1次,21d出雛,計算出各組種蛋的受精率、受精蛋孵化率和健雛率,并在各組產(chǎn)蛋率達(dá)到50%時,運(yùn)用雞全血平板凝集試驗(yàn)對各組雞群進(jìn)行沙門氏菌感染檢測,每月監(jiān)測一次,計算陽性率、陰性率。得到下列幾種主要的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。通過試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:18~22周齡,試驗(yàn)組各組產(chǎn)蛋率均高于對照組(P㧐0.05),而試驗(yàn)1、2組略高于試驗(yàn)3組及對照組;平均蛋重試驗(yàn)3組增加,差異顯著(P㩳0.05),在對照組與試驗(yàn)1組、2組中料蛋比有所下降,而試驗(yàn)3組的料蛋比顯著增高(P㩳0.05)。23~26周齡時,在產(chǎn)蛋率、平均蛋重、料蛋比上對照組與試驗(yàn)組各組之間并差異不顯著(P㧐0.05),試驗(yàn)2組產(chǎn)蛋率有所提高,而料蛋比下降;日采食量試驗(yàn)3組與其他各組相比,明顯增加(P㩳0.05)。27~30周齡時,試驗(yàn)2組的產(chǎn)蛋率顯著提高,料蛋比明顯降低(P㩳0.05),而試驗(yàn)3組的產(chǎn)蛋率與其他各組相比,顯著降低(P㩳0.05),料蛋比升高,但差異不顯著(P㧐0.05);平均蛋重試驗(yàn)3組明顯高于對照組,差異顯著(P㩳0.05),但開產(chǎn)日齡試驗(yàn)組與對照組相比較晚;在繁殖性能的指標(biāo)上,試驗(yàn)組與對照組相比,差異不顯著。通過在羅曼父母代蛋種雞日糧中添加不同水平巴爾麥?zhǔn)?試驗(yàn)得出巴爾麥?zhǔn)峡梢蕴岣卟墒沉?提高飼料報酬,從而改善其增重。試驗(yàn)各組隨著雞沙門氏菌檢測凈化技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,陽性檢出率總體呈現(xiàn)下降的趨勢。且日糧中添加2‰巴爾麥?zhǔn)夏軌蛱岣唠u群整齊度,促進(jìn)生長。還可以降低料蛋比,提高產(chǎn)蛋率,提高雞的抗病性。
[Abstract]:Balmac's is a kind of biological feed additive with high efficiency, alkaline ionization and immune enhancer. It contains SiGe Ge Agna Agna TiTiZN Zn 2 + Fe 2, etc. It can enhance the immunity of organism and the ability of tissue regeneration of biological cells, and improve the nonspecific immune function of the body.Strengthen physique, improve animal anti-stress, improve digestion and absorption function, increase feed utilization ratio.As a feed additive, it is widely used in fattening cattle, weaning piglets and broilers, and has high application value in livestock production.In order to investigate the effects of different levels of Barmac's diet on the performance and disease resistance of laying hens, three different levels of Barm's diet were used to feed Roman parental egg broilers aged from 15 weeks to 45 weeks of age in order to explore the effects of different levels of Barmac's diet on the performance and disease resistance of laying hens.The experiment began on March 2, 2013, and ended on September 29, 2013.
