【摘要】：研究旨在探討季節(jié)性冷刺激對(duì)育肥豬生長(zhǎng)性能和采食行為的影響。選取60頭(116±5)kg的育肥豬,隨機(jī)分為5組,每組12個(gè)重復(fù),每重復(fù)1頭豬。試驗(yàn)從2015年10月24日到2015年11月17日,共24d。試驗(yàn)10~15d發(fā)生大幅度降溫,豬舍內(nèi)平均溫度從14℃降至7℃,對(duì)豬群造成冷刺激。利用奧斯本種豬生長(zhǎng)性能測(cè)定系統(tǒng),統(tǒng)計(jì)育肥豬的生長(zhǎng)性能和采食行為數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果表明:與降溫前舒適期(0d)相比,急速降溫期(10~15d)豬群平均日采食量和料重比顯著升高,平均日增重顯著降低(P0.05);急速降溫期日采食次數(shù)、采食速度均顯著高于降溫前舒適期和降溫后適應(yīng)期,單次采食時(shí)間和單次采食量顯著降低(P0.05)。綜上所述,冷刺激降低育肥豬的生產(chǎn)性能,導(dǎo)致采食行為發(fā)生變化。
