飽和水溶液法制備莫能菌素-β-環(huán)糊精包合物的研究

【摘要】:為研究莫能菌素包合物的制備工藝,以β-環(huán)糊精為包合材料,采用飽和水溶液法制備莫能菌素β-環(huán)糊精包合物。用紅外光譜法(IR)對(duì)包合物進(jìn)行物相鑒定。以包合率為指標(biāo),運(yùn)用正交設(shè)計(jì)法,確定最佳處方和工藝條件。IR結(jié)果表明,藥物與環(huán)糊精形成了包合物。當(dāng)投料比為3∶1,包合溫度為40℃,攪拌時(shí)間1.5h時(shí),該制備工藝最佳,包合率為57.54%。該制備工藝可行,擴(kuò)大了莫能菌素的應(yīng)用,為莫能菌素的劑型改進(jìn)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the preparation process of monensin inclusion complex, 尾 -cyclodextrin inclusion compound was prepared by saturated aqueous solution method with 尾 -cyclodextrin as inclusion material.The phase of inclusion complex was identified by IR.The inclusion rate was taken as the index and the optimum prescription and technological conditions were determined by orthogonal design.
