【摘要】：為了快速檢測臨床上副豬嗜血桿菌(Haemophilus parasuis,Hps)感染,根據(jù)Gen Bank中Hps的16S rRNA基因保守區(qū)序列,設計1對特異性引物,利用PCR方法檢測Hps,并進行特異性、敏感性及臨床檢測。結果顯示:PCR反應選擇58℃為最適退火溫度,0.5μL(20μmol/L)為最適引物量,模板濃度為7.2×10~(-6)μg/mL時即可擴增出814 bp特異性目的片段,與細菌分離結果一致。結果表明:該方法敏感、快速、特異,可用于臨床上Hps感染的快速檢測。
