蒸汽壓片玉米及膨化大豆對(duì)犢牛腹瀉、血液生化及抗氧化性能的影響

【摘要】:為研究蒸汽壓片玉米及膨化大豆混合日糧對(duì)荷斯坦公犢牛腹瀉情況、血液生理、生化指標(biāo)的影響,選擇39頭荷斯坦公犢牛隨機(jī)分為3組,分別飼喂代乳粉(MR)、一半代乳粉+蒸汽壓片玉米與膨化大豆的混合精料(HMCS)、蒸汽壓片玉米與膨化大豆的混合精料(CS),飼養(yǎng)150d,記錄犢牛腹瀉情況,測(cè)定犢牛血液指標(biāo)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),MR組的腹瀉情況最為嚴(yán)重,腹瀉指數(shù)為59.74%,其次是HMCS組,為15.13%,CS組最低,為1.03%;犢牛血液抗氧化指標(biāo)表現(xiàn)為,CS組犢牛的過氧化氫酶、谷光氨肽過氧化物酶、總抗氧化能力均是最高。MR組丙二醛的含量顯著高于CS組(P0.05),與HMCS組差異不顯著(P0.05);MR處理組犢牛血清中一氧化氮含量顯著高于CS組(P0.05),HMCS組的含量處于二者之間;血細(xì)胞分析結(jié)果為3個(gè)處理的白細(xì)胞、嗜中性粒細(xì)胞、淋巴細(xì)胞及單核細(xì)胞差異均不顯著(P0.05),但CS組犢牛的白細(xì)胞數(shù)、淋巴細(xì)胞及單核細(xì)胞數(shù)在數(shù)值上均是最高;血清生化指標(biāo)結(jié)果為,MR處理組犢牛血清的總膽固醇含量顯著高于CS組(P0.05),而CS組犢牛血清的尿素氮、總蛋白及胰島素含量顯著高于MR組。CS組的谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶活性、谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶的活性最高;CS組的IgM濃度顯著高于另外2組(P0.05)。低密度脂蛋白、極低密度脂蛋白及高密度脂蛋白的含量在3個(gè)處理間差異不顯著(P0.05),但CS組的數(shù)值均是最高的。研究表明蒸汽壓片玉米及膨化大豆可以減少犢牛腹瀉發(fā)生,提高犢牛血液抗氧化和免疫水平,并促進(jìn)血液總蛋白合成。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effects of steam pressed corn and expanded soybean mixed diet on diarrhea, blood physiology and biochemical indexes of Holstein male calves, 39 Holstein male calves were randomly divided into 3 groups. The mixture concentrate of steam pressed corn and extruded soybean were fed with MRA, and the mixed concentrate of steam pressed corn and expanded soybean were fed with CSC for 150 days, and the diarrhea of calves was recorded. The results showed that the diarrhea index was 59.74 in Mr group, the lowest in HMCS group, 1.033 in CS group, and catalase in calves in CS group. The content of malondialdehyde in group Mr was significantly higher than that in group C (P 0.05), but the content of no in serum of calves treated with HMCS was significantly higher than that in group C (P 0.05). The results of blood cell analysis showed that there was no significant difference in white blood cells, neutrophils, lymphocytes and monocytes among the three treatments, but the number of white blood cells, lymphocytes and monocytes in CS group was the highest. The results of serum biochemical indexes showed that the serum total cholesterol content of calves treated with Mr was significantly higher than that of CS group (P 0.05), while the contents of urea nitrogen, total protein and insulin in serum of CS group were significantly higher than those of Mr group and CS group, and the activity of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase was significantly higher than that of CS group. The concentration of IgM in the group with the highest activity of glutamate-pyruvic transaminase was significantly higher than that in the other two groups. The contents of very low density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein were not significantly different among the three treatments, but the values of CS group were the highest. To improve the blood antioxidant and immune levels of calves, and promote the synthesis of total blood protein.
