包被氧化鋅對斷奶仔豬生長性能和腹瀉指數(shù)的影響

【摘要】:本試驗旨在研究以硬脂酸為包膜材料的包被氧化鋅在實際生產(chǎn)環(huán)境中對斷奶仔豬促生長和抗腹瀉作用的效果。選用26±2日齡"杜洛克×長白×約克夏(D×L×Y)"三元雜交斷奶仔豬96頭,斷奶重約為7 Kg,隨機(jī)分為4組(每組3個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)8頭),設(shè)置2個對照組(基礎(chǔ)對照組和高鋅對照組)和2個試驗組,高鋅對照組是在基礎(chǔ)飼糧里添加3000mg/kg普通氧化鋅,試驗組分別飼喂添加450和750mg/kg包被氧化鋅的試驗飼糧。預(yù)飼期10天,正飼期14天。結(jié)果表明:1)與基礎(chǔ)對照組相比,3000 mg/kg普通氧化鋅可以顯著提高斷奶仔豬的生長性能(P0.05)和顯著降低腹瀉指數(shù)(P0.01),但同時糞鋅也顯著增加(P0.01),其中平均日增重和平均日采食量分別提高了79.04%和31.07%,料肉比降低了26.91%,糞鋅含量是基礎(chǔ)對照組的20倍之多;2)與基礎(chǔ)對照組相比,450mg/kg包被氧化鋅可以顯著降低腹瀉指數(shù)(P0.01),但對生長性能沒有顯著影響(P0.05);3)與基礎(chǔ)對照組相比,750mg/kg包被氧化鋅可以顯著提高斷奶仔豬的生長性能(P0.05)和顯著降低腹瀉指數(shù)(P0.01),但與高鋅對照組存在很大的差異(P0.05);4)與高鋅對照組相比,450和750mg/kg包被氧化鋅均可以顯著降低糞便中鋅的含量(P0.01)。綜合考慮各方面的因素,750mg/kg包被氧化鋅有替代3000mg/kg普通氧化鋅的潛力,而在實際生產(chǎn)環(huán)境中要達(dá)到既保證斷奶仔豬的生長性能又減少環(huán)境污染的目的,包被氧化鋅的最佳添加量還待進(jìn)一步驗證。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of zinc oxide coated with stearic acid on growth promotion and diarrhea resistance of weaned piglets in actual production environment. 96 weaned piglets of "Duroc 脳 Landrace 脳 Yorkshire D 脳 L 脳 Y)" were selected as the age of 26 鹵2 days. The weaning weight was about 7 kg, and was randomly divided into 4 groups (3 repeats in each group, 8 repeats in each group) and 2 control groups (basic control group and high zinc control group) and two experimental groups. The high zinc control group was fed with 3000mg/kg common zinc oxide in the basal diet. The experimental groups were fed with zinc oxide supplemented with 450 and 750mg/kg respectively. The pre-feeding period was 10 days. The results showed that the growth performance and diarrhea index of weaned piglets could be significantly increased by 3 000 mg/kg ordinary zinc oxide compared with the control group, but the fecal zinc also significantly increased the average daily gain of piglets, while the fecal zinc also significantly increased the growth performance of weaned piglets (P 0.05) and significantly decreased the diarrhea index (P 0.01), while the fecal zinc also significantly increased the average daily gain of piglets. The daily feed intake and average daily intake were increased by 79.04% and 31.07%, respectively, the feed / meat ratio decreased 26.91%, and the fecal zinc content was 20 times as much as that of the basic control group. Compared with the basic control group, zinc oxide coated with 450 mg / kg of zinc oxide significantly decreased the diarrhea index (P 0.01), but had no effect on growth performance. Compared with the control group, 750mg / kg coated zinc oxide significantly increased the growth performance of weaned piglets (P0.05) and significantly reduced the diarrhea index (P0.01C), but there was a great difference between the control group and the control group (P0.05 / kg) compared with the control group with high zinc (450mg / kg) and the control group (450mg / kg). Both 750mg/kg coated zinc oxide and 750mg/kg coated zinc oxide can significantly reduce the content of zinc in feces (P 0.01). Considering all factors, 750mg / kg coated zinc oxide has the potential to replace 3000mg/kg zinc oxide. However, in order to ensure the growth performance of weaning piglets and reduce environmental pollution in the actual production environment, the optimal amount of zinc oxide coated is still to be further verified.
