【摘要】：為了探究溫度變化和中藥對馬離體小腸運動的影響,用生物信號處理系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測了浴槽不同溫度、中藥單方(陳皮和枳實)和中藥復(fù)方制劑對馬離體小腸運動的影響。結(jié)果顯示,浴槽溫度從38℃降溫到32℃過程中,小腸收縮頻率和幅度減弱,張力增加(P0.05);當浴槽溫度從32℃升溫到38℃過程中,小腸收縮逐漸恢復(fù);當浴槽溫度從38℃升溫到41℃過程中,小腸收縮幅度增加,收縮頻率減慢(P0.05),再降溫到38℃小腸收縮可恢復(fù)。復(fù)方濃度遞增到128μL/mL時小腸收縮幅度和收縮張力同用藥前指標比較,差異顯著(P0.05)。陳皮單方濃度遞增到32μL/mL時和64μL/mL時,小腸收縮張力同用藥前張力比較差異分別顯著(P0.05)和極顯著(P0.01);濃度遞增到64μL/mL時,小腸收縮幅度同用藥前幅度比較,差異顯著(P0.05)。枳實單方濃度遞增到32μL/mL時,小腸收縮頻率和張力同用藥前指標比較差異分別顯著(P0.05)和極顯著(P0.01)。研究表明,溫度降低可使馬小腸平滑肌收縮加強,單味陳皮和枳實以及復(fù)方中藥對馬離體小腸均有抑制作用,提示這些中藥方劑均有望用于臨床緩解馬匹腸痙攣。
