拜城油雞與和田黑雞早期生長規(guī)律及生長曲線擬合與分析

【摘要】:為了解拜城油雞與和田黑雞生長規(guī)律,采用Logistic、Gompertz、Bertalanffy三種非線性模型分別對其0~14周齡的生長規(guī)律及生長情況進(jìn)行擬合與分析。結(jié)果表明,拜城油雞及和田黑雞0~14周齡的累積生長曲線基本一致并均表現(xiàn)為"S"型。三種模型均能較好地?cái)M合拜城油雞與和田黑雞生長曲線,擬合度(R2)均高于0.998,其中Gompertz模型的擬合效果最好(拜城油雞R2=0.9994,和田黑雞R2=0.9993),擬合度高于Logistic和Bertalanffy模型。通過Gompertz模型擬合的拜城油雞及和田黑雞的極限體重(成熟體重)分別為2 119.315 g和2 072.649 g,拐點(diǎn)體重分別為779.733 g和762.564 g,拐點(diǎn)周齡分別為6.375周和6.163周,最大周增重分別為183.237 g和176.915 g。研究結(jié)果為了解新疆地方雞種的生長發(fā)育規(guī)律及其開發(fā)利用提供了參考。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the growth law of Baicheng fowl and Hotan black chicken, three nonlinear models of Bayesian Gompertzia Bertalanffy were used to fit and analyze the growth pattern and the growth condition of Bicheng fowl at 14 weeks of age. The cumulative growth curves of Baicheng fowl and Hotan black chicken were basically the same and showed "S" type, and the three models could fit the growth curve of Baicheng fowl and Hetian black chicken. The fitting degree of R2 was higher than that of 0.998, and the fitting effect of Gompertz model was the best (Bicheng fowl R2O0.9994, Hotan black chicken R29993), and the fitting degree was higher than that of Logistic and Bertalanffy model. The limit body weight (mature weight) of Bicheng oil chicken and Hetian black chicken fitted by Gompertz model was higher than that of Bicheng oil chicken and Hotan black chicken. The body weight of the inflection point was 779.733 g and 762.564 g, and the age of the inflection point was 6.375 weeks and 6.163 weeks, respectively. The maximum weekly weight was 183.237 g and 176.915 g respectively. The results provided a reference for understanding the growth and development law of local chicken breeds in Xinjiang and their exploitation and utilization.
