蘆筍莖葉青貯料日糧對(duì)生長(zhǎng)湖羊生長(zhǎng)性能、瘤胃發(fā)酵參數(shù)和血液指標(biāo)的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究蘆筍莖葉青貯料日糧對(duì)生長(zhǎng)湖羊生產(chǎn)性能、瘤胃發(fā)酵參數(shù)和血液生化指標(biāo)的影響。選取36只體重為(19.46±2.07)kg的湖羊,根據(jù)體重相近原則,采用配對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)分為2組,對(duì)照組和試驗(yàn)組分別飼喂花生藤日糧和蘆筍莖葉青貯料日糧,2組日糧的能量和粗蛋白等營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平基本一致。試驗(yàn)期60 d,其中預(yù)試期7 d,試驗(yàn)始末稱(chēng)重,并進(jìn)行消化代謝試驗(yàn)、采集血液和瘤胃液。結(jié)果表明:與對(duì)照組相比,蘆筍莖葉青貯料對(duì)湖羊的平均日增重、相對(duì)增長(zhǎng)、耗料增重比無(wú)顯著影響(P0.05),但因蘆筍莖葉廉價(jià),平均每千克增重的飼料成本降低了1.8元,提高了湖羊養(yǎng)殖效益;與對(duì)照組相比,試驗(yàn)組日糧顯著降低了湖羊瘤胃內(nèi)乙酸含量和乙酸/丙酸(P0.05),對(duì)微生物蛋白、氨態(tài)氮、丙酸和丁酸均無(wú)顯著影響(P0.05);同時(shí)試驗(yàn)組顯著降低了血漿白蛋白濃度(P0.05),對(duì)總蛋白、球蛋白、葡萄糖、總膽固醇、甘油三酯、游離脂肪酸、總膽紅素、肌酐、谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶、谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶和超氧化物歧化酶等血液生化指標(biāo)無(wú)顯著影響(P0.05)。綜上可知,蘆筍莖葉青貯料日糧對(duì)湖羊生產(chǎn)性能無(wú)不良影響,因價(jià)格優(yōu)勢(shì),增加了企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,具有較好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of asparagus stalk and leaf silage diet on growth performance, rumen fermentation parameters and blood biochemical indexes of growing Hu sheep. Thirty-six Hu sheep with body weight of 19.46 鹵2.07)kg were divided into two groups according to the principle of similar body weight. The nutritional levels of energy and crude protein were the same in the control group and the experimental group, which were fed with peanut vine diet and asparagus stalk and leaf silage diet respectively, the experimental period was 60 days, and the pretest period was 7 days, the weight was weighed at the beginning and the end of the experiment, and the digestion and metabolism tests were carried out. Blood and rumen fluid were collected. The results showed that compared with the control group, asparagus stalk and leaf silage had no significant effect on the average daily gain, relative increase, and feed consumption gain ratio of Hu sheep, but the asparagus stems and leaves were cheap. Compared with the control group, the feed cost of the experiment group decreased significantly the acetic acid content in rumen and acetic acid / propionate P0.05N, and the feed cost per kilogram increased by 1.8 yuan, and the effect of the diet on microbial protein and ammonia nitrogen was significantly decreased, compared with the control group, the diet of the experimental group significantly decreased the rumen acetic acid content and acetic acid / propionate P0.05N. Propionic acid and butyric acid had no significant effect on P0.05N, while the plasma albumin concentration was significantly decreased in the test group, and the total protein, globulin, glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride, free fatty acid, total bilirubin, creatinine, alanine transaminase were significantly decreased in the test group. The blood biochemical indexes such as aspartate aminotransferase and superoxide dismutase had no significant effect on the production performance of Hu sheep. It has good application prospect.
