【摘要】：筆者立足于當(dāng)前我國水禽產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展特點(diǎn),結(jié)合我國水禽資源利用、產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)發(fā)展、加工技術(shù)等現(xiàn)狀,指出水禽業(yè)作為農(nóng)業(yè),尤其是畜牧業(yè)不可或缺的一大產(chǎn)業(yè),應(yīng)充分利用國內(nèi)資源優(yōu)勢,把握住國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)技術(shù),引領(lǐng)水禽業(yè)發(fā)展新常態(tài),旨在為促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展,服務(wù)于現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)提供參考,為促進(jìn)我國水禽業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供科學(xué)合理的建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the current development characteristics of waterfowl industry in China, the author points out that waterfowl industry as an indispensable industry in agriculture, especially animal husbandry, is based on the present situation of utilization of waterfowl resources, industrial technology development and processing technology in China. We should make full use of the advantages of domestic resources, grasp the advanced technology at home and abroad, and lead the development of the waterfowl industry in a new normal, in order to provide a reference for promoting the development of agriculture and serving the modern industry. To promote the sustainable development of water poultry industry in China to provide scientific and reasonable advice.
