【摘要】：本研究旨在探討飼糧中銅添加量對(duì)斷奶至2月齡長(zhǎng)毛兔生產(chǎn)性能、血清生化指標(biāo)及血清中酶活性的影響。選用蒙陰細(xì)毛型長(zhǎng)毛兔180只,隨機(jī)分為6組,每組30只,試驗(yàn)兔單籠飼養(yǎng)。6組試驗(yàn)兔分別飼喂在基礎(chǔ)飼糧中添加0、10、20、40、80和160 mg/kg銅(添加形式為五水硫酸銅)的試驗(yàn)飼糧,試驗(yàn)飼糧中銅含量的實(shí)測(cè)值分別為3.25、13.13、23.40、43.56、83.58及163.87 mg/kg。預(yù)試期為7 d,正試期為23 d。結(jié)果表明:飼糧中銅添加量對(duì)長(zhǎng)毛兔平均日增重(ADG)、料重比(F/G)的影響極顯著(P0.01),當(dāng)銅添加量為80 mg/kg時(shí),ADG最高,F/G最低。飼糧中銅添加量對(duì)長(zhǎng)毛兔胎毛產(chǎn)量、毛直徑及皮張面積的影響不顯著(P0.05)。飼糧中銅添加量對(duì)長(zhǎng)毛兔血清中總蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)、尿素氮(UN)含量及白球比(A/G)均有顯著影響(P0.05)。血清中UN含量隨飼糧中銅添加量的升高呈現(xiàn)先下降后升高的趨勢(shì),當(dāng)銅的添加量為80 mg/kg時(shí),血清中UN的含量最低。飼糧中銅添加量對(duì)長(zhǎng)毛兔血清中銅鋅超氧化物歧化酶(Cu-Zn SOD)活性的影響不顯著(P0.05),但對(duì)血清中銅藍(lán)蛋白(CP)活性的影響顯著(P0.05)。隨著飼糧中銅添加量的升高,血清中銅藍(lán)蛋白活性先升高后降低,在銅添加量為80 mg/kg時(shí)有最高值。飼糧中銅添加量對(duì)長(zhǎng)毛兔肝臟指數(shù)有顯著影響(P0.05),而對(duì)其他內(nèi)臟器官指數(shù)無(wú)顯著影響(P0.05)。當(dāng)銅添加量為20 mg/kg時(shí),肝臟指數(shù)最高。綜合本試驗(yàn)測(cè)定指標(biāo),推薦斷奶至2月齡長(zhǎng)毛兔飼糧適宜的銅添加量為20~80 mg/kg。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary copper supplementation on the production performance, serum biochemical indexes and serum enzyme activity of weaned to 2 month old rabbits. 180 Mengyin fine wool rabbits were randomly divided into 6 groups with 30 rabbits in each group. The experimental rabbits were fed with 6 groups of experimental rabbits fed with the basic diet supplemented with copper (0 10, 10, 20, 20, 40, 80 and 160 mg/kg), respectively, in the form of copper sulfate pentahydrate, the experimental rabbits were fed with 6 groups of experimental rabbits in a single cage. The measured values of copper content in the diet were 3.25 ~ 13.1323.40 ~ 43.56 ~ 83.58 and 163.87 mg 路kg ~ (-1), respectively. The results showed that the effect of copper supplementation on the average daily gain (ADGG) and feed weight ratio (F / G) of the rabbits was very significant (P 0.01), when the pre-test period was 7 days and the positive test period was 23 days. At 80 mg/kg, ADG was the highest and F- / G was the lowest. The effects of hair diameter and skin area were not significant (P 0.05). Dietary copper supplementation had a significant effect on the contents of total protein TPN, albumin, ALB, GLBN, urea nitrogen, and white ball ratio (A / G) in serum of wool rabbits. The content of serum UN was correlated with the dietary copper content. The increase of adding amount showed a tendency of decreasing first and then rising. When the amount of copper added is 80 mg/kg, The content of UN in serum was the lowest. The effect of dietary copper supplementation on the activity of Cu-Zn SOD in serum was not significant (P 0.05), but the effect on the activity of ceruloplasmin (CPD) in serum was significant (P 0.05). The activity of ceruloplasmin in serum increased first and then decreased, and reached the highest value at 80 mg/kg. Dietary copper supplementation had a significant effect on liver index (P0.05), but had no significant effect on other visceral organs index (P0.05). When copper was added for 20 mg/kg, the liver index of rabbits was significantly affected. The liver index was the highest. According to the indexes of this experiment, it was recommended that the suitable copper addition to the diet of weaning to 2 months old long hair rabbits was 2080 mg / kg of copper.
