有鉤與無(wú)鉤豆?fàn)钅椅豺暑^節(jié)超微形態(tài)的比較

【摘要】：旨在比較觀察有鉤和無(wú)鉤豆?fàn)钅椅豺实念^節(jié)在相對(duì)靜止和相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)的超微結(jié)構(gòu)變化。在屠宰檢驗(yàn)和病理剖檢過(guò)程中采取發(fā)育良好的豆?fàn)钅椅豺?直接剪破囊泡從中取出豆?fàn)钅椅豺?或用含10%兔膽汁生理鹽水培養(yǎng),使囊尾蚴從囊泡中翻出,制作樣品,用掃描電鏡觀察和記錄。結(jié)果顯示:有鉤和無(wú)鉤豆?fàn)钅椅豺试诓煌瑺顟B(tài)下的超微結(jié)構(gòu)差異主要出現(xiàn)在頂突。有鉤豆?fàn)钅椅豺试谙鄬?duì)靜止時(shí)頂突的前端比較鈍,通過(guò)皮肌柱與鹿角樣的小鉤相連。在輕度運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)皮肌柱收縮,小鉤向外伸展,頂突前端變扁平。皮肌柱持續(xù)收縮時(shí),頂突前端開(kāi)始內(nèi)陷,小鉤向外斜上方伸展,形成喇叭口樣結(jié)構(gòu)。當(dāng)頂突強(qiáng)烈收縮時(shí),皮肌柱陷入頂突內(nèi)形成圓筒,小鉤沿圓筒口排列形成菊花樣結(jié)構(gòu)。無(wú)鉤豆?fàn)钅椅豺试谙鄬?duì)靜止時(shí),其頂突扁平,如同數(shù)層圓餅疊放在一起,中央有一個(gè)圓形結(jié)節(jié),周緣有齒輪狀花紋。當(dāng)頂突輕度運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí),中央部的結(jié)節(jié)內(nèi)陷,出現(xiàn)瓣?duì)罱Y(jié)構(gòu),頂突周邊形成半圓形環(huán)狀結(jié)構(gòu),如同一個(gè)救生圈。強(qiáng)烈運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí),結(jié)節(jié)的瓣?duì)罱Y(jié)構(gòu)打開(kāi),如同一個(gè)喇叭口。頂突周?chē)钠酉蛲鈴堥_(kāi),恰似輪胎樣結(jié)構(gòu)。在頂突的喇叭口與輪胎樣結(jié)構(gòu)之間有數(shù)條放射狀皺襞。頂突變成一個(gè)車(chē)輪樣結(jié)構(gòu)。有鉤和無(wú)鉤豆?fàn)钅椅豺实奈P(pán)均位于頂突之后,可出現(xiàn)三種收縮紋,即環(huán)形收縮、縱形收縮和放射狀收縮。有鉤和無(wú)鉤豆?fàn)钅椅豺薯斖坏某⒔Y(jié)構(gòu)完全不同,在不同的運(yùn)動(dòng)狀態(tài)中可出現(xiàn)各自特殊的結(jié)構(gòu)變化。
[Abstract]:The aim of this study was to observe the ultrastructural changes of the cephalus of uncinate and uncinate lenticular cysticercosis at relative rest and motion. The well-developed lentiform cysticercaria was used during slaughter and pathological examination. Take out the lentiform cysticercaria directly from the blastocyst, or culture with 10% normal saline in the rabbit bile, so that the cysticercus can be extracted from the vesicle to make a sample. The results showed that the ultrastructural differences of uncinate and unhooked lenticercysticercus were mainly in the apical process of cysticercus cellulosae under different conditions, and the anterior end of the parietal process of uncinate lenticular cysticercus was obtuse when it was relatively static. It is connected to the antler hook by the cutaneous muscle post. During mild exercise, the cutaneous muscle column contracts, the small hook extends outward, the anterior end of the parietal process becomes flattened. As the pillar continues to contract, the anterior end of the parietal process begins to sink in, and the small hook extends to the top of the external oblique. When the apical process shrinks strongly, the cutaneous muscle column falls into the apical process to form a cylinder, and the small hook arranges along the cylinder mouth to form a chrysanthemoid structure. When the uncinate lentiform cysticercaria is relatively still, its apical process is flat. Like laminated cakes, there is a circular nodule in the center, with gear patterns around it. When the apex is slightly moved, the nodule in the center is trapped, with a petal-like structure, and a semicircular annular structure is formed around the parietal process. Like a lifebuoy. When in intense motion, the tuberous flap opens like a bell mouth. The cortex around the apical process opens outwards. Similar to the tire structure. There are several radial folds between the top horn mouth and the tire like structure. The apical process becomes a wheel like structure. The suckers with hook and no hook lentiform cysticercaria are located behind the apical process, and there are three kinds of contraction lines. The ultrastructure of cysticercus cysticercus cysticercus with hook and without hook is completely different and there are special structural changes in different motion states.
