封育年限對(duì)伊犁絹蒿荒漠土壤有機(jī)氮組分的影響

【摘要】:為探究荒漠土壤有機(jī)氮組分對(duì)封育年限的響應(yīng)規(guī)律,研究了不同封育年限(封育時(shí)間為0、1、4和11a)對(duì)中度退化伊犁絹蒿(Seriphidium transiliense)荒漠草地土壤全氮(total nitrogen,TN)、輕組氮(light fraction organic nitrogen,LFON)、顆粒氮(particulate organic nitrogen,PON)、微生物量氮(soil microbial biomass nitrogen,SMBN)及其分配比例的影響。結(jié)果表明,與封育0a相比,其它封育年限5-10、10-20、30-50cm土層的TN含量均顯著降低(P0.05),且0-50cm土層TN含量隨封育年限延長(zhǎng)呈"降-升"趨勢(shì);封育11a,0-5cm土層PON含量達(dá)到最高,而封育4a,5-10和20-30cm土層PON分配比例顯著增加;0-20cm土層LFON含量增加顯著,且0-5cm土層含量最高。0-50cm土層SMBN隨封育年限增加呈"降-升"趨勢(shì),而封育4a,5-10和20-30cm土層SMBN分配比例顯著高于封育0a和封育1a(P0.05);0-10cm土層LFON和0-50cm土層LFONR與封育年限呈顯著正相關(guān)。總之,短期封育(1~11a)下,中度退化伊犁絹蒿荒漠土壤全氮含量仍未得到恢復(fù),但促進(jìn)了LFON、PON、SMBN及其分配比例的增加。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the response of organic nitrogen components to the years of fencing in desert soil, The effects of different fencing years (fencing time 0 ~ 1 ~ 1 ~ 4 and 11 a) on total N ~ (3 +) total N ~ + n ~ (10), fraction fraction organic nitrogenn N ~ (1), granular organic nitrogenPON, microbial biomass soil microbial biomass nitrogenn (SMBN) and their partitioning ratios in the desert grassland were studied. Compared with the period of fencing for 0 years, the TN content in the soil layer of 5-10 ~ (-10) ~ (-20) ~ (-50) ~ (-50) cm was significantly lower than that in the rest of a year, and the TN content of 0-50cm soil layer showed a "down-ascending" trend with the extension of the period of fencing, and the PON content of the soil layer of 11a ~ (10) ~ (-5) cm was the highest. However, the distribution ratio of PON in the soil layer of 4a ~ (5 ~ 10) and 20-30cm was significantly increased. The content of LFON in 0-20 cm soil layer increased significantly, and the content of SMBN in the soil layer of 0 ~ 50 cm soil layer was the highest in the soil layer of 0 ~ 50 cm, and the ratio of SMBN increased with the increase of the period of closure. However, there was a significant positive correlation between the distribution of SMBN in the soil layer of 4a, 5-10 and 20-30cm, and that of LFON and 0-50cm in the soil layer of 0-10cm and 0-10cm, respectively. In a word, the total nitrogen content of the moderately degraded desert soil of Artemisia Yili was not recovered under short-term fencing. But it promoted the increase of SMBN and its distribution ratio.
